Yearly getaway

1st time staying here. The place was great. Very close to beach. Very quiet area which we love the quiet. The host was very quick to reply. Already booked for next year. looking forward to returning.

We were happy with our stay. It was an excellent value. An older property that was well kept and clean in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Just perfect

Coral Reefs is in an excellent location. A pier on an intracoastal inlet. Close to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Amenities were very nice. When we had our friends over it was very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet nesting place

This property is in a great location proximate to the beach. Great walking distance to ocean, restaurants, fishing pier. The unit was quiet and had most everything we needed. The air conditioning was efficient but somewhat on the noisy side.

Bit of a dump. Lots of bugs in unit. AC barely working. Lots of missing lightbulbs. Poor water pressure. If you use ice maker get lots of water in body of fridge. Pool deck covered in bird and lizard poop, not cleaned over 8 night stay.

Great location close to beach and resteraunts. Clean pool. Had a small problem with the coffee pots but management fixed immediately! Recommendation, fix light bulb in bathroom, needs a chair in livingroom and not just the couch and add umbrellas to poolside for shade because there are trees.

Too quiet

Nice place but we were the only ones there. Had the whole place for ourselves too quiet. One other car came but we never saw them, Like it better if there was someone else. They have 10 units. Pool was great.

Great location . Very nice property.

The property is perfectly located . Its a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property managers were amazing. When one of our AC units broke down , the property managers came immediately to replace the unit and made the sure the working area was clean. Very family friendly with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Barbecues were in good condition along with excellent washer and dryer. This is perfect for a family vacation. Thank you !

Amazing stay

Our stay at Coral reef was really great! The place is in a great spot. The view of the canal and the pool are fantastic! The apartment actually look much better than the photos as it has more furniture and chairs and table on the balcony. The free laundry room and the bbq’s were spotless and a great plus for longer stays. Both Dennis and Beverly were super responsive and after a power cut Dennis was promptly at the property resetting the Wi-Fi system and making sure everyone had gone back online. The beach is only 8 minutes walk and it’s also walkable to Pompano’s pier and bar and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back to this place in the future !

Stay was ok

Over all the stay met our needs, but there were pros and cons. Pros, the neighborhood was tucked away into a quiet part of the city, free laundry room, large tv with cable, good wi-fi, easy walk to the beach, has a unheated pool (did not get to use because weather was to cold), and free parking. Cons, floors were not very clean(when we walked around in white socks they turned black), no bakeware or cookie sheets (so the oven was worthless), bed was way to soft for us (personal preference), air conditioning in the bedroom did not work well (slept hot every night and this was January), only had 4 forks and few dishes. Kitchen was not well outfitted for week stay, if you are going to cook your own meals. All in all not bad but could have been outfitted better.

Excellent find!

We were thrilled when we walked into the apartment to see how nice it was. Everything was clean, and well kept up. The linens were great quality - I do appreciate a good bath towel. We even found Ralph Lauren beach towels and some games. The bedside table and cafe table with chairs on the balcony were a pleasant surprise because they were not shown in the pictures online. The refrigerator even had an ice maker! We could see the canal from our balcony, and we had great breezes through that door. Parking was easy and the location is very accessible to restaurants, stores and the beach. The pool was clean and the pool area was attractive with lots of lounge chairs and an area for eating outside. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly and quiet. We plan to return on future trips - there is no need to pay enormous rates to find a nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
