The unit was very comfortable and the location was amazing. The golf putting green is very well done and gave us hours of fun. We highly recommend Dan’s place. 5 stars all day.

Excellent accommodations. The unit is very spacious, the pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are great with lots of storage with two options of mattress to choose from (one room has very soft mattress, the other more firm). The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher which makes things easy for clean up. The washer and dryer in unit is so incredibly helpful. Although we didn’t have enough time to use the outdoor space, it was really nice, and well maintained. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family 2 minutes away. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect for me and a friend for a short beach vacation. It had definitely all of the amenities that we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach and in the middle of everywhere that we wanted to go. Thanks Dan for letting us stay at your adorable place. We really enjoyed it.

Cozy Beach Getaway!

We are local Pompano Beach Residents and we needed to stay near our home while our house was being tented for termites. We had three dogs with us (two medium and one small one). This was a perfect place away from home (as the backyard was fenced in and perfect for our dogs). Dave was easy to communicate with and the home is exactly as how it is shown in the pictures. Will rent here again if needed in the future!

Great spot!

This was a business trip, and this place was the perfect spot to crash after long days working. Cold air, a hot shower, and a comfy bed is what was needed, and this place did not disappoint!

Great Place!

Amazing property with everything you need for a beach day and dinner on the grill! A beach cart with chairs, umbrellas, cooler- you name it, it was there and the beach was a very short walk! Then a great outdoor area with a grill and a green to entertain while food was cooking. The unit was big, lots of space for everyone and a closet with games that we enjoyed playing after dinner! The host always responded promptly- honestly couldn’t ask for more. Recommend 10/10!!

Perfect quaint stay

Short walk to a beautiful, less busy public beach in lighthouse point. Clean, quiet neighborhood with all the needed amenities. Outdoor shower/hose-off station and laundry are a bonus. Super easy owner to work with.

Great location!

We booked Dan's spot as a last minute beach trip and we were not disappointed. The listing is very accurate - 2 king bedrooms worked out perfectly, the living room was large with plenty of seating for the 5 of us, a small desk station for us to catch up on work, and the kitchen and laundry room were just right for a week at the beach. I was worried about distance to the beach, as we generally like to stay "on" the beach - this was not a problem at all. It was about a 3-5 minute walk with easy access and we never had trouble finding a spot on the beach - even though public. The putting green outside the door was solid entertainment for our kiddos (13, 11, 8) - the grill, gazebo, and seating outside all were bonuses that many beach locations can't provide. This small 4 unit spot really was perfect - from easy parking to each beach access - we would definitely encourage you to rent from Dan if you are on the fence. He will ensure that everything is taken care of for you and is very quick to respond. We love the Pompano area, and are adding this spot to our list!

Would not recommend to anyone, please don’t book for your safety.

I really appreciate the host not only sharing his home and time with us, but what i would i appreciate more is complete honesty. There was a gathering that was more than a few people unfortunately, but with that being said we made sure that the owners things were left alone and not broken, if things got out of hand we let the guest know that they would have to leave. Not once were the police called, and never did anyone complain about noise or anything of the sort. The only reason the host is aware of the party, because he was constantly watching us through his cameras, and had neighbors spying on us
Which is particularly weird considering that there were four young girls at your property. There was even one night when we came home and saw a older gentlemen spying through our window, when asked why he was looking, he said that the host asked him to make sure we were still there. Keep in mind the host knew that as, he has been watching us through the cameras, and if he really wanted to know, he would’ve reached out to us just like he did when he watched the cameras the first time. Of course, this startled us being four younger girls and a city unknown to us, we were on edge and beyond upset. We reached out to Dan and when we first approached him about this, he full fledged lied, and said that he sent no one to look, and even went on to ask questions about what the strange man looked liked, before being honest about him sending someone. This is even more disturbing considering that earlier that morning one of my friends thought someone was walking inside of the property, thinking it could’ve been our other friends, but they were in the next room sleep. As far as anyone leaving, we had multiple interaction with many of the neighbors and no one mentioned anything, and i believe the owner is keen on lying, so i wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case with this. With all of this being said, we would never intentionally throw a party or destroy someone’s property which is why, After the gathering we made it our Aim and ensured that nothing was broken, or misplaced. We even spoke to the host about the situation and apologized multiple times. It’s one thing to be upset and share that with your guests, but it’s another to get a on a site and completely lie and make stories about things that didn’t occur.

We loved everything about this property. It's spacious, close to the beach, and has everything you may need on your family vacation. The host and his wife were amazing, quick to respond and supply what we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great experience

We rented this property to see what it’s like to live so close to the beach while our house was being remodeled. Although the weather was horrible and we didn’t get to enjoy the walks and beach the way we had hoped, the house was great. Clean, updated and a nice yard for our dog. Dan the manager was so wonderful and when we called in a state of panic because our house wasn’t ready, he made it so easy for us to extend our stay. If we were vacationing we would without a doubt come here again.

Great place to stay if you're looking in this area

Nice, clean property. Owner was very responsive and even provided children's items for our 2 year old. It was very easy to get to the beach. There was also a very nice park just a short drive over Federal highway. I gave location and neighborhood a 4 because there weren't many places to walk to but lots of great options just a very short drive. The only downside was that it was very hot when we arrived and took almost 2 days to fully cool down.

short walk to the beach. Ground floor, fenced yard, great out door areas.
Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
