Notre Studio Room est le moyen le plus économique de profiter de Clearwater Beach. Cette chambre comprend un lit queen-size, 345 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, une salle de bains privative entièrement équipée avec des serviettes et des articles de toilette, une kitchenette, une télévision à écran plat. Le salon comprend un futon-lit et un coin repas. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le personnel sur place assure un service de ménage quotidien afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir et vous détendre!

Close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, pool was refreshing and inviting, room was comfy, overall a great experience in Clearwater beach from this spot!

Great for Business Stay

Cozy and in walking distance to all the shops and eateries. There was construction directly next door however it did not seem to be a bother. The locals were very kind. Made my stay worthwhile. Thank you. Will recommend to others.

This room has no barrier to the room next door noise wise and I had two sleepless nights. Otherwise the property was fine and staff very friendly. There is a lot of construction noise as well as disclosed in the listing but takes away from your getaway vacation.

Perfect location

This place is a gem. Ot was perfect for my husband and I. You're right in the center of everything. We walked to a lot of places instead of driving because everything was convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Close to everything

This place was the perfect size and location for our trip. I was discouraged at first bc our bed broke the first night from simply sitting down. Management quickly fixed it.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The property is an older one and was a bit noisy at night. The rooms don’t get very dark due to the ‘hula’ shades. Overall it was a decent place to stay. Walking distance to everything and across the street from the beach!

Great place overall

I only gave a lower overall rating was because the "location of the room" aka next to the elevator and stairwell was not disclosed in the description. As well as the room seemed to be a conjoined room at one point, the door between the two rooms was still able to be opened with a very thin insulated looking wall. Neighbors opened the door and knocked multiple times. Other than those little inconveniences it was a great place to stay. We will be back next year just in a different room
