Vaisselle, verres, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. maison sur 5 acres et surplombant 100s. La résidence d'architecte appartient à un professeur d'UVA et a été construite sur mesure en 2001. La grande cuisine avec îlot mobile, bloc de boucherie, table et chaises est dotée d’un beau plancher et d’armoires, y compris d’un grand garde-manger. Les deux chambres sont équipées de nouveaux lits king-size haut de gamme (un convertible en deux lits jumeaux XL) avec literie fournie. Une chambre a une zone qui peut en outre accueillir une tanière, une étude ou un espace d'exercice. Les chambres ont une abondance de rangements (12 pieds linéaires de placards dans chaque chambre) et il y a également des espaces de rangement supplémentaires. La salle de bain carrelée personnalisée est bien aménagée avec un ventilateur de plafond / plafond, une tringle de douche courbée et une baignoire / douche carrelée.

We were in town to visit my daughter at uva. Beautiful home in Foxfield area of Charlottesville. Very clean and Dean’s description of property was spot on. Great location in a quiet community. Will certainly stay here again on next visit. Thanks for hospitality and local recommendations

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Dean was responsive to questions and proactive with heating/cooling due to unseasonably warm weather. The house is easy to access from the main road and about 10 minutes to Barracks Road shopping center. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect getaway

The location couldn't be beat for visiting wineries, spending time in C'ville, or getting away from everything. We weren't there long enough to cook, but the kitchen and the dishes were lovely. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Dean was very responsive and proactive for the unexpected leak. If the timing works, we would seriously consider returning. The

Wedding Weekend trip

The house and property are beautiful, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I even had an early morning backyard fox sighting! I would absolutely stay there again. There were 4 adults and two school-aged kids, and we had plenty of room. Dean went above and beyond to accommodate us, even buying an extra air mattress so each of my children had a place to sleep. He was so great at communicating. It took away all the worry and hassle and let us enjoy a wonderful wedding weekend with our extended family.

Anwesome Apartment in Rural Charlottesville.

Dean was an amazing host! He has everything you need. The house is in a beautiful area of Charlottesville with spectacular views. The house is in close proximity of great restaurants and the downtown area. Within 10 minutes in most cases. If you are a golfer, Old Trail is just 20 minutes away. Dean was very mindful and considerate. He was available for questions and even checked in to insure we were comfortable! We will be back!

Beautiful!

We had such a lovely stay! The house is gorgeous, the area is stunning. We had fun playing in the yard with frisbees and lacrosse sticks. My husband and I used the patio seats every morning for coffee and every evening to relax under the stars and trees. Dean was super easy to communicate with and gave us information our children might enjoy about different events in the area. TJ the dog was super friendly and loveable. We highly enjoyed our stay and would totally come back!

Very nice.

We just completed a great 5 night's stay in this full-service apartment. It was big and comfortable, like home, and although in a tranquil country setting near the Foxfield steeplechase racetrack, it was only about 15-20 min from downtown. Dean was responsive to our requests. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio around the fire in the evening. Dean was a terrific host. We did a little hiking and visited several of the wineries. This apartment is a short drive from the amenities of Charlottesville, but far enough out to be in the country and away from the city. I would highly recommend it.

A perfect get-away!

We celebrated Thanksgiving in this adorable apartment and all went well. Dean was kind enough to provide two extra chairs and some extra plates to accommodate our group of 6. The place was immaculate and all the appliances and lighting worked well. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the heating our first night but it was all easily arranged the following morning, as Dean is very communicative. In order to provide enough seating to watch a film and some football, we brought the two chairs from the bedrooms into the living area. I believe the place would benefit from some more seating and perhaps a couple of dressers in the bedrooms so that items can be stored and so that you have a flat surface for glasses, tissues, jewelry, etc. The big bedroom could even fit another seating area with reading lamps. TJ the dog is a wonderful addition to the stay, as he is very friendly and spent the afternoons lying outside in front of the sliding glass door in the sunshine! We would have definitely appreciated a bit more guidance regarding the distance from the parking area to the entrance of the apartment. It would not be accessible for anyone needing any extra help with stairs. We appreciated the ample supply of laundry and dishwasher detergent. Thanks for a great stay!

Immaculate apartment, Charlottsville

Party of 4 adults. Apartment was very clean/new if somewhat slightly unequipped but when made a request (can opener, patio chairs) Dean, the happy host, delivered within 5 minutes with no issue. TJ the dog is very friendly and greeted us exuberantly as we got out the car. Good location for visiting Charlottesville, wine country, UVA, Monticello by car. Added bonus, if you wake up early look out for the deer in the garden - we counted 6!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your visit and hope that your travels back to the UK went well. Yes, I did, in fact, forget to provide a can opener but now it's there alongside the wine opener. I'm glad that that was an easy fix! I'm also happy that the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, new dishwasher and disposal and externally exhausting fan above the stove. Guests also seem to enjoy the coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Our friendly dog, TJ, is wonderful, but the worst watch dog in history! Thanks again for staying with us.
