Nouvellement construit Beach Home une promenade facile au lac!

Ne manquez pas l'occasion d'être l'un des premiers à louer notre belle nouvelle maison de plage! Évitez le bruit et l'agitation des autres propriétés de plage et choisissez cette belle retraite. Situé à un facile (plat!) À 10 minutes à pied du lac Michigan, cette maison offre 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes et peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits pouvant accueillir facilement deux familles.

La maison est nouvellement construite en 2019 et sera prête pour la semaine du 4 juillet. Chargé avec des équipements modernes, y compris:
      - Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, avec de nouveaux appareils
     - Grand patio avec barbecue, foyer et nombreux sièges
     - un salon, une salle à manger et une salle de jeux avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre ensemble
     - Chambre toutes saisons hors du patio arrière pour éviter les insectes ou le mauvais temps
     - Les serviettes de plage, jouets, chaises et wagon pour chaque transport sont inclus
      - Parking (3 voitures et plus sur demande)
      - Laveuse et sécheuse
      - Climatisation centrale
      - Serrures électroniques - accès facile et pas de clés perdues
    
Combinez tout cela avec un décor serein et moderne sur la plage et vous aurez un lieu de vacances idéal pour passer du temps avec vos amis et votre famille.

Trois chambres et deux salles de bains, dont la principale, se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent éviter les escaliers.

La propriété est gérée localement, nous sommes donc là si vous rencontrez des problèmes (et vous donnerons de nombreuses recommandations locales).

Property was wonderful and an easy walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and had everything needed for our stay. Traveled with family and they had a Pack and Play and high chair available if needed. Beach chairs were also great to have. Would stay again in the future.

Best stay ever. 3rd time we have stayed here. 10 min flat walk to beach with great weather all week. House was clean . We love the big table. 7 of us eating all at one table with food in the middle. Back room great for storage and staging for the beach. Patio works to put every together and roll out to the beach.

Very attractive. Just nice to drive up to. Cute backyard with nice fire pit, table, etc. Great bedroom situations. Cute kitchen - nice touches like snacks. Manager was communicative and helpful. I didn't experience any gotchas between listing/description and arrival. Would absolutely 100% rent this place again.

Our family of 5 adults, 2 children really enjoyed our week stay in Aug 2025. Beach is only a short walk away. The property provided a wagon and beach chairs that were a bonus to have for our daily beach visits. Beds were comfortable, loved the spacious kitchen and seating. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Sunsets were beautiful. Never ran out of hot water for showers/baths. Fire piand patio was a nice hangout area in the evening. Owner delivered wood at no extra cost wifi and smart TVs worked without interruption during a couple stormy evenings. Nearby zoo was great on a cloudy day.

Nice stay

The house is lovely and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood. The host is accommodating and communication is excellent. The only negative is that the beds upstairs are not comfortable for adults. They would be good for young children . The downstairs beds are very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches such as beach towels and chairs, games etc..highly recommend.

I'm Amanda, and together with my husband Goran, we are very excited to have a beach house in Michigan City. We purchased the lot in 2018 and immediately started construction. I grew up in Michigan City, and my family runs a building company in the area, so there is a lot of love and family effort that went into every stage of building this home. We have twin girls who are two years old, and are so looking forward to spending summer vacations and holidays with them in this house. We hope that you love it too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Michigan City is my home town, and I grew up going to the beaches in Michigan City. Although work has taken me away from Michigan City, we are very happy to have a place of our own to come "home" to. This property provides good proximity to the lake (an easy walk) and also to my family, while also being a bit quieter than some of the other beachfront rental areas. And it was very fun getting to construct the house for the ground up, building to suit our family needs.
