Vraiment personnalisé 7 chambres, 5 salles de bain maison avant du golfe avec piscine privée, 3 ponts surélevés et terrasse de piscine en marbre. Shiplap raboté à la main et décor du monde entier avec de nombreuses touches uniques. Deux suites de maître avec lits king et spa privé comme salles de bains. Trois chambres d'hôtes (deux avec des reines et une avec deux lits jumeaux et les superposés les plus cool de la région avec trois lits queen personnalisés et deux lits doubles et un loft surélevé avec un escalier en merisier fait à la main. La maison comprend des carreaux de céramique italienne 30x30 importés, trois espaces de vie et de divertissement uniques, un bar avec réfrigérateur et plusieurs réfrigérateurs Subzero. La cuisine a été conçue pour recevoir avec un îlot central de 14 pieds de long surplombant le golfe, la gamme Wolfe et la hotte et de nombreux sièges pour les grandes et petites fêtes. La table de salle à manger sur mesure faite à la main dans la cuisine et le foyer à aire ouverte est unique en son genre. Si vous préférez manger à l'extérieur, détendez-vous sur la terrasse en bois d'Ipe de 600 pieds carrés et dînez sur une table à manger extérieure en béton et teck de 9 pieds donnant sur l'eau. Prenez le soleil sur le solarium composite surélevé ou détendez-vous au 3ème étage sur le pont supérieur avec un canapé sectionnel extérieur avec vue sur Dog Island avec la meilleure vue sur la pointe. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine privée sur mesure au bord du golfe ou profitez des rayons sur la plage privée.

Josh was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with! Beautiful property and just a few steps from the beach. For those with little kids, just be aware there are no window coverings in most rooms so bring something to darken the room if your littles need dark to sleep.

Our stay was pleasant despite an injury self sustained falling. Our family enjoyed the location and The Blue Heron. Thanksgiving on the beach was perfect. Shout out to first responders on Alligator Point who responded quickly with warmth and compassion. Will visit again!

Big thing about this place was SPACE. We loved our stay at Josh's place, there was 20 of us of all ages and there was so many different spaces inside and out. We loved our stay and will defiantly be back!

Blue Heron/ family vacation 2025

Very nice and spacious home. The house is nicely decorated and is open, bright and cheerful with lots of big windows for enjoying the ocean and bay views. There are also, lots of spacious comfortable bedrooms and multiple porches which were so nice for dining and getting out of the sun. The pool was a nice perk too for taking a break from the beach. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone.

The Sound of the Waves!

The location is superb! The house is right on the beach and across the street from more water. Every window you look out has a calming view! There was plenty of space for us 9 adults and 8 kids (what an awesome bunk room!) We really enjoyed the back porch with loads of seating. We were also worried about enough room to store food for the entire weekend - but the fridge and storage spaces are huge. Thanks for a great stay!

Welcome to our beach house! This home was custom built over a 2 year period, many custom touches to be the best house on the gulf. Too many features to include online. Built to exceed hurricane standards and leave nothing to be desired in a relaxing beach vacation.

Once you've stayed with us, all other vacation rentals pale by comparison. You won't find a better house on the gulf. After years on the gulf, having lived in and owned a dozen beach houses, this house was conceived and designed by the owner/builder to incorporate all the best features. Combined with an amazing gulf to bay setting with beautiful wide beaches and surrounded by water, it doesn't get any better. The house was designed to bring large groups and families together yet have areas to retreat for privacy and relaxation. When you're not on the private beach enjoying the gulf or headed to your boat moored on the bay in front of the property, sneak away to the 3rd floor porch and relax on the outdoor sectional sofa and enjoy the sea breeze, make a splash in the pool, soak in the sun on the composite raised decks or cool off in the shade on the 600 sq foot ipe deck.

Open and spacious common areas and huge bedrooms with 10 foot ceilings on main level and soaring lofted ceiling on the upper level with gulf or bay view from every room -- many with both.
