Bienvenue dans le premier condo de Splash. Cette unité de coin massive au niveau le plus bas possible.

VOUS VOULEZ CETTE UNITÉ .. C'EST POURQUOI..

1. 2 maĂźtres avant du golfe GÉANT. Plus un lit superposĂ© et un canapĂ©-lit.

2. 107 ouest est situé au premier étage du salon (tous les parcs aquatiques sont en dessous), cet emplacement vous évite d'attendre et d'attendre dans les ascenseurs.

2. Unité de coin .. vues partout. Les maßtres et le salon se vident sur le balcon couvert MASSIVE du golfe. Beaucoup d'espace pour manger, se détendre, lire ou bronzer en privé.

3. Récemment meublé. Nouveaux lits, canapé, parquet, téléviseurs .. le propriétaire est trÚs fier de maintenir le condo et de le garder dans un état neuf.

4. Les deux chambres ont des lits king size, beaucoup d'espace, jamais à l'étroit, environ 500 pieds carrés plus grand que la plupart des 2 chambres.

5. EntiĂšrement approvisionnĂ© et prĂȘt Ă  partir .. TĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, appareils modernes et tout l'Ă©quipement de cuisine pour cuisiner.

6. SERVICE DE PLAGE fourni sans frais. 2 chaises et parasol mis en place tous les jours de mi-mars Ă  fin octobre.

Nice stay

It was a nice place, looked like the pictures, location is great. I was expecting to be able to have all the guests sleep comfortably but the pull out couch bed springs were busted so air mattresses had to be used.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was great! Check in was easy. This is our fourth stay and was the first time in this condo and it was just perfect for our family of 9. There was no issues and we loved that it was on the 1st floor. Still had amazing views and the perk of using stairs when the elevators were busy.

The balcony is EPIC! Incredible layout. Enjoyable Condo, perfect for the family

We cant rave enough about this unit. From the moment we walked in the unit was clean and spacious and very well decorated. Warren Beach Rentals staff really did us a solid by recommending this unit. Its got one of the more interesting and unique layouts on the beach. Both masters were beach front and the balcony was MASSIVE, and on the corner, so you had views and space and we spent a lot of time out. PRO TIP: make sure you get this unit on the 1st floor, its elevated, above the pool, but you can take the steps up to the room. The elevators at Splash get BUSY. We just laughed at the folks needing to get to the 20th floor that spent their entire week waiting on an elevator. This condo really is a fantastic option. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo

We had a great vacation. We had 2 couples & enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms with king size bed & bath. When we did have a problem with the hair dryer & batteries they fixed everything the same day.

Splash Resort

This room is located on the first floor and you have ease of access to the beach and the splash park. This room also come with two chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach for you everyday of your stay. The room and resort are very clean. We will definitely be back again for our next vacation. Fun in the Sun!

2024 July Vacation

We loved the condo! It had all the room we needed. The two king beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The bunk room for three was cool for our three grandchildren. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishes that made it feel like home. We loved the pullout couch for movie night and the large table and bar spaces. The outside table was perfect for my bible time and the view was spectacular!

107 W exceeded expectations!! Beautiful roomy condo with an excellent view. Door from living room to balcony was near impossible to open but you could easily access from either bedroom. Definitely recommend for family’s wanting to stay at splash resort. Wilson family.

Perfect Condo!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for and more. The 2 king master bedroom/bathrooms were perfect! We also loved the big sectional in the living area because we could all sit around together. Conveniently located on the 1st floor (which is technically 3rd floor) so we could use the stairs rather than use the elevators. We had 2 toddlers with us, so being able to go right down to the kids water area was nice. Let’s not forget about Alvins Island being right across the street! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Loved it!

I will definitely be back! The location was great! Elevators slow at busy times during the day. Close enough to pools to use stairs though. Wouldn’t want a higher floor due to elevator issue. But will definitely stay again!

Best Unit

We have stayed at Splash four times and this by far is our favorite unit! Very clean! Very convenient located on the first floor, large balcony, plenty of seating inside and out, and very responsive staff when I had a question about early check in/door code, they responded by text within seconds! We also loved that this unit included beach chairs. We found our favorite unit at 107W :)

Panama City Beach Stay

The unit is nice, but the building overall is looking a bit worn and dirty. The worst part of the whole trip was waiting for the elevators to get the luggage carts up 1 floor! It took 30 minutes when we got there and 45 minutes when we were leaving. Only 2 elevators for the whole building
not enough for hundreds of units.
