Spectacular Views and a Waterpark in our Gorgeous Splash Condo!

Welcome to Splash 1102w. This beautiful condo is located on the 11th floor. Has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Master Bedroom has its own Balcony views and access to the Balcony.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need from a coffee maker, dishes, pans, silverware, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up after meals. The dining area has a wooden round table with seating for 4.

In the living room, you will see breathtaking views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and Private Bath. Master Bathroom features a tower/tun combo, double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bedroom with its own TV to wind down to at night.

The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Right outside of the guest bathroom is an in-unit Washer and Dryer!

Splash Resort is steps away from the beach, has multiple on-site pools and hot tubs, is close to all the attractions Pier Park has to offer, has its own on-site fitness center and so much more!

*This resort requires guests to register at their front desk on-site - a Registration fee will be collected for each reservation.

What an amazing stay and glad we had a nice clean place to call home for a few days while there. Magnificent. And the views - there's literally no better place. I think we found our place to stay in Florida every year in the future!

The location is what has us going back to Splash! It’s right on the beach with beautiful views and the condo is near the end of all big condos so less people. Splash is a great place for kids— multiple pools, a lazy river and kids play areas. There is a crate on the beach where you can grab sand toys/floats for the week or leave yours for another family when you leave. We could easily walk across the road for amazing ice cream and anything we needed at Alvin’s Island Store. While we love splash, we wouldn’t pick this specific condo again for our family. The condo definitely needs some paint throughout the entire space and updated furniture. We are a family of 5 and couldn’t sit at the table together for our meals and couldn’t all fit in the living room unless someone sat on my lap. We had the same issue out on the balcony. If you are a family of 4 then I would definitely check this place out!

Great Vacation

This condo had the perfect setup for our family of four. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels/linens, etc. The only suggestion I have is to please invest in a complete set of pots and pans :) I know these items get banged up in rentals but the current pans were pretty bad. Other than that, everything was great! Our kids loved the water park and lazy river. Having restaurants on the property made it super convenient. The elevator definitely gets backed up on peak check-in/out days but that’s just how it is in condos so nothing we weren’t expecting.

Beach vacation

Last minute vacation with family turned out to be a success. Check in process was easy, took no more than 5 minutes. Kids loved playing and the water. There was some issues that did not affect our stay really that could have been better. There was no working blender, some of the decorations was broken on arrival and just placed, I did fix them though. There was chocolate on one of the curtains that had not been cleaned. There wasn’t a lot of dishes, glasses. The dishwasher did not work at all, and had mildew in it.
