We stayed in the one corner bedroom at Sion in Hollywood and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had good natural light. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. Pablo was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great Apartment!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pablo was very reachable and promt with responses and ensured we were okay at the apartment. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I definitely would recommend this apartment and my husband enjoyed his stay.

Florida visit

The condo was clean and very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay condo. The valet attendants were overworked at times but very courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Wonderful property, steps from the ocean

Clean, well-maintained rental, steps from the beach, with a great view from the balcony. Everything presented in person just as it did in the photos. Our host, Pablo, was very responsive to our inquiries. Check-in was a little bit clunky, as the person working the desk tried to charge us for the FOB, but luckily having read other reviews we knew to push back and it was quickly corrected. The beach chairs provided were not in great condition but we made them work. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we would definitely consider this place again for a return trip!

Perfect place for girls trip!

This condo was the perfect place for our girls trip! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently located for shopping, dining, beach access, and using Circuit Transportation. We loved the view of both the ocean & intercoastal from our balcony plus it was a great place to watch the sunset! Pool was nice & beach was just a few feet away. Pablo was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking was a problem and getting to the beach was challenging. The unit itself was exactly as described and nice variety of beach gear available for you to use.

Excellent host

The property is very nice and there is direct access to the beach. Appreciated the little extras such as; hand soap, dish detergent, etc. The valet service was a pain to deal with. But... we are not use to not having total control of our car.

Location was great

The unit was as pictured and was in a great location. Access to the breach and shopping withing walking distance. First time staying in Hollywood and would definitely come back. The only suggestion would be to list the cost of the key fob in the description of the property or include in the cost to rent. I was not expecting to pay an additional $30 to be able to access the door to the building or the amenities.

Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Property as per listing. We would return.

Overall experience was excellent. Accommodation is as per listing. Great location to access the beach. Condo clean and has all amenities required. A great plus to have beach towels, chairs and umbrella in unit. Walmart and 7-11 within walking distance. Check in and out was very easy and a great plus the fob was included. Pool did not get sun in afternoon but beach very accessible. Would stay here again

4th Birthday Weekend

Great location, beautiful beach, everything you need on vacation

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

Unfortunately we only had 2 nights but it was a wonderful 2 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Gorgeous view

The condo was nice and had a gorgeous view. The only downfall was the beds, they were too firm for our liking, but some might like it. The valet guy Bruce, was super nice!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

From the check in process, to the check out process, everything about this property was amazing. The pictures don't really do it justice. Not to mention, it is more than fully equipped. I was surprised to see a toaster oven as well as an air fryer, coffee, creamer, plastic cups, everything you could possibly need an more in the kitchen. Then... the beach! Absolutely breathtaking from sun up to sun down. The views from this unit are beyond stellar. The website doesn't do it any justice. Easy walk to the beach, plus Pablo gives you everything you could possibly need to be at the beach all day, cooler included! It was so nice to have to separate bathrooms, plus two completely separated sleeping areas. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Then, there's Pablo. He is super responsive and he is kind and professional. He really cares about your family, your vacation and his property. I will absolutely be back, repeatedly. Thank you, Pablo!

Short Getaway

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. Really appreciated the easy check in and check out instructions. The condo was nice and comfortable and looks just as advertised. Really easy access to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided were a plus for the beach ! Nice relaxing weekend :)

Gorgeous beach and friendly people

Beautiful, clean, space close to everything. The owner is easy to communicate with and the staff managing the property are helpful and gave great tips about the area. This place is on the circuit! Ride for a dollar to board walk or resy. Would stay again.
