Notre maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec une belle dĂ©coration et des lits confortables. Nous avons un lit California King et deux lits queen size. Les lits king et queen size sont Tempurpedic. L'autre lit queen-size est Ă  plateau-coussin. Toutes les commoditĂ©s dont on a besoin. Notre maison peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Nous avons Ă©galement une belle cour arriĂšre avec un beau potager frais. Notre maison est situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du centre Funflex oĂč vous et votre famille et vos amis pouvez nager, faire de l'exercice, jouer au tennis, au raquette, aux cours d'exercice et bien plus encore. Nous sommes trĂšs proches des cafĂ©s et des Ă©piceries. Nous sommes Ă  environ 5 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Centerplace of Greeley. OĂč vous trouverez un Target, Best Buy, Hobby lobby, TJmax, Ross, restaurant japonais, chick-fil-a, Fish Tacos, Good Times et bien plus encore. Notre maison est trĂšs proche de la I-25, ce qui facilite l'accĂšs Ă  Loveland, Carter Lake, Estates Park, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, l'aĂ©roport et Fort Collins.

Comfortable, Clean, Contemporary

I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling female. Hosts very responsive and kind. I would definitely book again.

Great Place

The house was wonderful. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The house was in the perfect location for our plans. We had a great time and felt as if we were in a home away from home. The owners kept in touch and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. Our weekend was great. Thank you!

Unfortunately the driveway was not maintained and was very icy. We found beds to be very hard for our liking and could use new bedding. Home needed a little TLC, but overall it worked okay for our group.

State High School Bowling Tournament Trip

It was nice to be in a newer neighborhood and very close to the bowling alley where our grandson competed at the State Tournament. The home was nice and the owners helped us with any concerns we had. We'd stay there again.

Short stay

House was decent. Definitely did not get a home vibe. The strict no shoe policy was a little overboard with how many times it was stated. Unsure why we had to pay cleaning fee when we had to strip the beds, take out the trash, start the laundry, start the dish washer. Felt like if we touched anything we would get in trouble. Could do a better job of making occupants feel like they are welcomed there.

I would recommend this property. Everything was great.

Our overall experience with this property was amazing. I would suggest having more towels in linen closet, letting individuals know there are no tvs in other rooms unless you have a subscription and a chair out front to set on while putting shoes off and on. I would totally recommend and stay here again!

Greeley House

This was my first Vrbo house rental & it was a little bit confusing, but the hosts were very helpful. There was also a death in my family, so the cousins who were going to share the house with me had to cancel & I ended up in the house by myself for part of the time. If I could have cancelled, I would have, but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful Comfortable Home!

My family of 5 adults stayed for 2 nights for a family reunion in Loveland. The check in process was made extremely easy for us non-techy adults. Well equipped with everything needed from home and many little "extras" left were our convenience, was very thoughtful! A massive King Soopers shopping store had anything/ everything, and nearby. Largest King Soopers I have ever seen! This home is very well updated with some really cool pieces such as tall lamps that were so unique and neat. A beautiful and Very comfortable couch and Chaise Lounge that I could have easily slept on and been comfortable and is right in front of an enormous l LARGE screen television.. All bedding and furniture were very comfortable. The only thing that I would modify are the number of controllers for the TV. 5 Controllers for a television is just about 4 too many for a group of non-techy older adults. Easy Fix. WE really enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us..

Decent stay for family gathering

Overall, the house worked for our stay as we connected with family who lived in the WY/CO area for the weekend, but have a few recommendations based on our experience. The rules were excessive, with some of them repeated multiple times, each ending with a statement if you don't comply, we will take your full deposit. Some of the rules came through email and others were written on a one page "welcome" letter inside the house. We understand the need for house rules, and appreciate knowing the expectations, but this started the stay in an uncomfortable manner and it was difficult to settle in and enjoy our visit worrying that we were going to owe a deposit at the end. It would be helpful to have the complete set of rules including the check out instructions printed within the house, so everyone staying could read them instead of reading through multiple emails to put them all together. We also expected the house to be better equipped. For instance, we had to buy some basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (owner suggested where to look, but no luck finding any). It would have been nice to have more glassware to choose from such as taller/pint size glasses and wine glasses. Several of the smaller plates had pretty good chunks out of them. Lastly, we would recommend new bed pillows with pillow protectors, and new mattress covers as well, discovering the condition of these items at the end of the stay due to having to strip our beds per check-out instructions.

Great home base

We were in Greeley for my son's graduation from UNC. This house was great for us and our extended family. It was conveniently located between the restaurants in West Greeley and Loveland and the campus in East Greeley. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

Our home is new and super clean. We make sure that our tenants have all the needed items for cooking. Our home has super comfortable beds and bedding that will make you feel amazing and get a great night sleep. We know that everyone has different preference on beds but we hope that our beds will be comfortable and make you feel right at home. We supply our guests with full amenities for our bathrooms and kitchen. We also have a small charcoal grill out on the patio, side of the home in the backyard for your outdoor cooking. Our home is close to trails and a walking path right outside the backyard. We are super close to flex fun center where you can go swimming, play mini golf, basketball, workout, etc... We are also super close to the country club for golf right on 10th street. If your into shopping well it is literally five minutes aways to the town center where you can find grocery store, dinning, shopping, etc... Our home is close to I25 which makes it easy to go to Estes Park, lakes, skiing, Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Windsor, Evans, etc.... We hope you and your guest truly enjoy every part of our home and what it offers to everyone.

Our home is great for friends and family. It is super clean, really high quality beds and furniture. All amenities are included to make it just like your own home. All spices, oils, flour, dishes, pots, pans, etc.. are included in the booking. Self check in and no contact helps with any protocol needed to help people feel safe. Lastly, our home is large for most size parties and we make sure to be accommodating to every single guest!
