Very spacious and well equipped. Private backyard was nice. We didn't realize there may have been renters or someone living in the basement. But this did not cause any issues.

Family stay for two days, the backyard was perfect. Kept the kids entertained and was quiet and private. Inside the home was clean tidy and well appointed for anything that could be needed. Check-in process was smooth as well as checkout. Communication was great would highly recommend for others to give this beautiful home a visit.

The home is awesome. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the neighborhood seemed kind of rough. I know the host can’t control that but made me want to check that all the windows and doors were locked.

We lived there 2 years ago while we were building our current home and never had any issues. We are friends with all the neighbors and the police station is a few blocks away. We’ve never had a single issue in the 6 years we’ve owned the home.

Mary was very responsive to questions. Perfect house for our family reunion. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and the backyard is lovely. My granddaughter really enjoyed the swing set and toys. Would stay again!

This property was very nice and we had a great stay. You can tell the owner(s) put thought into each convenience they added to the property. They had shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. They had detergent for the washer. In the kitchen, they had lots of little things you need, dishing washing soap, dishwasher pods, etc. There were mirrors in each room plus out near the front door so you had other places besides the bathroom to help a family get ready. The beds were all comfortable, each bed has a different feel, but our family liked them. The only things that made my experience less than perfect were two things in the shower, which both are easy fixes. Quite frankly, I was quite surprised to see these because of how nice the property was and how much effort they put into their property. The shower curtain has only half the number of needed shower curtain hooks. The other issue is the shower head. When I tried to change the shower spray mode, it only had 2. One spray barely trickled from the shower head. This may seem insignificant, but for a mom & 2 teens with thick curly hair this was an issue, plus it was cold in the shower because it didn’t fully spray your body. The other spray mode was intense spray that was too harsh and a narrow spray. I know these seem little, but with an easy fix could make the shower less of a hassle. We loved staying here and just wished the shower lived up to the rest of this amazing property.

Thank you for your feedback. We actually lived there for a year and never had any issues with the shower. I’ll check it out and see if it needs a new showerhead and I did alert my housekeeper about the shower hooks. I actually left a package there in the top drawer, but I don’t think she knew to look there.

This was a very nice house with all the ammenities. It was close to all the local businesses for convenience and was in a very quaint neighborhood. We loved it and would stay there again.

Great Spot for Family Stay

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was spacious enough for our family, even to work from home some days. Our toddler enjoyed the toys and outdoor area, and seemed to really seem at home.

Spacious home in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay in Loveland. The home had plenty of amenities, and communication with the host was easy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay within walking distance of downtown Loveland.
