Great little spot in Jacksonville

Nice clean cosey 2 bedroom great price. It was 15 minutes from the tarheel concert lounge. Close to downtown Jacksonville, restaurants,parks. Overall great place will be staying again if we're in the area thanks

Home away from home

I loved this place!! It was perfect for our visit to see our daughter. It was very clean and cozy and nicely decorated. Towels were clean and fluffy, we had 3 bathrooms. 3 TVS as well. Kitchen had appliances, dishes, etc. Snacks left on table and wine in frig. Veronica and Clarence made our stay with our Marine very pleasant and enjoyable!! Thanks so much and we loved your place!! We will come back:))

Convenient

The property was very clean and had all and more of the any amenities you would need. The bed was really comfortable too! The hosts think of all the little details. The hosts were also very prompt with getting back with any questions we had. The location was great for us, close to bases and not too far from beaches and anything else we wanted to do. The only negative was neighbors were loud at times. We enjoyed our stay!

Above and Beyond

This townhouse is beautiful, very well kept and exceptionally clean.The owners Veronica and Clarence are extremely kind and very accommodating. The check in process and check out was simple.The amenities checked all the boxes and with 2 and a half bathrooms, how could you go wrong.The location is great, close to the base, near stores and not far from the beach. Perfection!

What a lovely stay! We immediately felt right at home. It was just as described and immaculately maintained. There is plenty of food and shopping options for everything you may need. The snacks provided by the owners were a lovely, welcoming touch. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. It was just my husband and I, but there would have been plenty of room for 4 people. We did not do any cooking other than breakfast, but the kitchen looked well stocked for any meal preparation. There were even some stocked spices, which is so nice when you are traveling and trying to cook! The neighborhood was quiet and had 2 parking spaces for the condo. We were visiting family and will definitely book again with our next visit! Thank you for a lovely visit to Jacksonville!

The property is in a well-kept neighborhood and is a very nice property. It had one of the best welcome food baskets we've had, lots of k-cups, spices and other items left by previous guests, lots of washcloths and hand towels and even had kleenex. (Bring things like shampoo, hair dryer, TP.) Nicely appointed kitchen items and a table for four people. Upon leaving, the instructions are few and are easy to do. Would definitely return to this property if our travel plans bring us this way!

Loved the location of this property and how clean it was. The property had everything we needed, including snacks that we did not eat but was thankful they were there. Great Getaway!

We booked this listing to get away for a few days. The townhome is in a safe location but also really close to restaurants and shopping. We spent several days at the beach and had no problem driving the 30 minutes to North Topsail. The listing is clean and has everything you need to have a relaxing getaway.

A real gem

The accomodations were wonderful. Very nice property with everything you need. and more. Televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. the decor was very nice. the beds were very comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, that was amazing! the living room was very comfortable for relaxing, playing games etc. We had about 10 for dinner one night and between the kitchen and living room plus the table outside on the patio, it was plenty. Perfect for 2 couples or small family. It was exactly what we needed. Clarence and Veronica were easy to work with and very responsive. anytime I go visit my Marine, I know where I'm staying!

Perfect rental!

Everything about this rental was great. Super clean, all the “little” necessities were there. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. We had an enjoyable visit. Veronica was perfect to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Very pleased

The home was excellent and well decorated. Its with 10min of everything i like to do. I couldnt asked for a better plave and location. Next time i go back i will try to definitely stay there again

Hi we're Clarence & Veronica. We are both retired Marines who decided to make Eastern North Carolina our home. We have lived here over 20 years and think "There's No Place Finer, Than Being In Carolina." However, we are both avid travelers; therefore, we know the importance of having a clean, comfortable space to stay when you're away from home. While I am fully retired, Veronica works as a Realtor/Broker with Century 21 Sweyer and Associates but we are both easily accessible to answer any questions or take care any issues that may occur. In our spare time we enjoy RVing/camping, riding motorcycles, watching football (Alabama & Carolina Panthers), basketball (UNC & Golden State Warriors), hanging with family & friends, eating seafood & barbeque, and exploring the world. It is our hope that we create a memorable experience for you that will keep you coming back!
