Welcome to the 2 story' HOUSE SEA DREAM'. This private TOWNHOUSE is very clean, well maintained and the home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an 2 additional twin mattresses for an 2 other persons (AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST) , 2.5 baths. Everything is brand new.
NO PET FEE
Beach towels, 2 coolers, beach chairs and a lot more are provided. bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, facial tissues. For the kitchen, garbage bags, dish soap, napkins, hand soap, kitchen linens, dishwasher, paper towels and laundry detergent will all be ready for you.
2 parking spaces at the house. Surrounded by nature you can make beautiful trips and walks. 10 minutes to the beautiful beach, many shops and a variety of great restaurants;
+2 miles to Camp Lejeune gate
+4 miles to Bridge to North Topsail Beach
+2 miles to boat rental, fishing & the Marina
+3 miles to Four Corners Shopping and restaurants like Madison's Prime Rib
Steak & Seafood

You will find a very clean house, beachy decorated. 2 Bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have a their own bathrooms and walk in closets. Shower towels provided. Washer & Dryer on site with detergent provided!
Downstairs big livingroom with Roku TV , Kitchen with dining area. Dishwasher with detergent provided.
Pets are welcome, NO PET FEE, Dog park in next to the house

We enjoyed a log weekend at Sea Dreams. Everything you need is available and the house is very clean. The location is quiet and close to everything. We love that it is dog friendly and we could bring our fur babies with us. Angelika was very responsive to any questions or issues. Looking forward to visit again in the future.

We enjoyed out week at Sea Dreams this past week. Location is minutes from the island as well as other things to do, places to eat, etc. We really enjoyed trying the local restaurants! Our dog enjoyed the vacation as much as we did and the townhouse was pet friendly and the perfect size for two adults and a big German Shepherd! We highly recommend booking this place if you're looking for a nice stay off the island at a great rate. We would definitely stay again. Very clean, had the basic amenities you expect, and was decorated in a fun beach theme all over which we loved. Again, highly recommend.

Dog friendly and close to the beach

Adorable rental, close to everything, 5 minutes to the beach!! Best of all, dog friendly with a large community fully fenced dog run! I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Beach Weekend Stay

My family and I loved this fun stay for our annual beach weekend. The beds were super comfy and the house was so neat with all of its decor. My only note- bring shampoo/soap because it's not provided!

Wonderful stay. Nice/quiet development. About 10 min drive to camp Lejeune. We didnt visit local beaches so cant speak on that. Host was wonderful, made for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again

Juneteenth Holiday Weekend - Great Spot Tucked Away, Close to It All

This place was just what we needed, tucked away in a quiet rural neighborhood, but still a quick drive to New River, Topsail Beach, and Jacksonville. The area was peaceful and great for morning or evening walks.One heads-up: don’t try to grocery shop on Saturday night, as everyone is just getting into town, and the stores are packed. But the local restaurants and pubs more than made up for it. The House of Breakfast stood out, offering a fun vibe, friendly staff, and good food.All in all, a relaxing stay with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Would come back.

Such a clean place to get away! Also love the effort put into the decor. The dogs loved this place also. Only a short 10 min drive to the beach. Very close to a lot of restaurants too.

Relaxing beach getaway home away from home

The house was a wonderful place for my daughter and I. We loved the beach theme throughout the whole house! I especially loved the dolphins on the wall since they are my favorite! It was nice that the owner supplied it with tea, coffee and cappuccino! The back porch area was nice with the hanging lights, picnic table, and nice porch chairs.

Perfect for a last minute trip

The size of the property was much bigger than we expected from photos. Water pressure was amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from stores and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for a long weekend beach trip. Very clean and easy to access.

On the first night we arrived, we found out that my son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune was going to be able to visit with us. He, his wife, and child were able to stay with us our first night. The next morning I woke up to an extra 99 charge x 3 nights for them staying one night! The owner must have watched the cameras to see that his family had stayed. The owner must have assumed that my son and family were staying the full duration of our stay, but they did not stay any further nights of our stay. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and have NEVER had any issues or ever heard of something like this happening. Even worse, this stressful situation transpired on Thanksgiving Day! Furthermore we realized after being there they had video surveillance at their door. Something that was not disclosed to us at booking and we did not agree to being recorded. We ended up checking out today, a day early because we did not feel comfortable being there and felt harassed being watched every time we were in and out of the house. I really appreciate all the help VRBO has been for this incident. To me this is simply unacceptable!

Super clean and comfortable

The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach and is impeccably clean. Everything looks just brand new. A lot of attention to detail. Everything you will need is there, including household consumables. Nice dog park in the neighborhood, but also a plenty of green space to walk your dog.

Cozy and convenient

This property is exactly as nice as the post suggests, and even more comfortable and cozy in person. Super clean, with every amenity you can think of. We enjoyed the thoughtful decor and the little touches Angelika provided, both for us and for our fur baby. Would stay again for sure! The development is quiet, and a short drive to the beach areas (North Topsail is closest, but Surf City is fairly convenient as well if you're looking for food & entertainment).

Exceeded expectations!

Booked a last minute trip after the one we had booked 8 months ago got cancelled 3 weeks prior & were blown away by how nice our host & this condo was. Super updated, she had everything we would need there already. Very spacious upstairs & downstairs. All furniture & electrical appliances were very updated if not brand new. Just a short drive to Topsail Island beach, we loved our stay here & look forward to booking with this host again!

Spacious clean Townhouse close to Beaches

We Stayed at this wonderful property while visiting our Marine. This townhouse was spacious, very CLEAN and comfortable. The host thought of everything you could want or need to make it feel like home! Washer and dryer on second floor is a plus! Master bedroom has a lg well lit bathroom along with a big closet which was nice. Everything was new and modern. This home is close to places to eat and shopping. The beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Did I mention how CLEAN it was? Check in was easy and host was responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic rental

This was a great property in a great location in Sneads Ferry. The property was perfect for our needs when we were in town visiting a family member who lives locally. The area is safe and quiet. Anytime I rent a new property that does not yet have reviews I am a little apprehensive as I use reviews to make sure it is a safe , clean rental. We decided to take a chance on this one since Angelika, the owner , was very responsive in communication and assured me the rental would be great. It ended up exceeding our expectations and we were beyond pleased. We plan to use this rental anytime we come to visit our family and have already passed along the link to other family members who may visit from out of state.

Nice Enough Place, But Too Far From Everything

The home is a well-kept but basic townhouse in a somewhat new "neighborhood" of similar townhomes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit. Overall, the stay was quiet and a reasonable value. I would certainly return to this house, but only if it were in another area. I will never return to Snead's Ferry... not a chance. As for the place itself, the only real complaint was the shower heads did not include a wand which, intermixed with the very low water pressure in this area, made washing difficult. The water pressure is not the owner's fault, but upgrading the shower heads is an absolute must. As for my point about Snead's Ferry, unfortunately, I spent at least 12 hours of my vacation in traffic trying to get from this location to the beach or other places. Snead's Ferry has absolutely nothing to do, so you will be traveling. The Riverview Restaurant in Snead's Ferry, which apparently people come from all over to go to, was awful. To get to Wilmington (which took 2-hours to get to and it's only 42 miles) or even Surf City or North Topsail beach (1 hour and 30 min, respectively) takes forever due to the ridiculous traffic born from a terrible road network, stupid road designs where people have to cut across fast traffic to turn left causing near accidents, and people who drive under the speed limit for no reason. As such, my little vacation was the opposite of relaxing and quite if I could go back in time, I would not have come to Snead's Ferry.
