SPACE TO ENTERTAIN & UNWIND
Upon entering the “OldTown Townhome,” you are welcomed into a large, open concept space designed for entertaining. The light-filled living area has comfortable seating and a huge 85" Smart TV; perfect for lounging, watching movies, or catching up with friends.

The oversize sliding glass door off the dining room leads out to the private patio with bistro lights, dining table for al fresco meals, propane bbq grill, cozy egg chair and custom mural that is truly insta-worthy. Up the modern spiral staircase leads to our Private ROOFTOP terrace, with views of 100 Palm trees (yes we counted!) and the iconic Camelback Mountain. Perfect place for reading a good book and soaking in the Arizona sunshine.

BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The designer kitchen is well-equipped for preparing savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. White shaker cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, professional series stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, glass subway tile backsplash, and a wine/beverage fridge. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker & filters, blender, toaster, serving platters and more. There's casual seating for 3 at the peninsula and the adjacent dining area has a dining table with seating for 8.

COMMUNITY FEATURES
The quiet, intimate community features rows of mature citrus trees, a community swimming pool with views of Camelback Mountain (the pool is not heated), as well as a completely fenced-in grassy dog-park! The community is very dog-friendly so bring your furry kids with you on vacation! (Some restrictions apply. See below.)

THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including fresh linens and fluffy towels for each guest) and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay.

MONTHLY CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS 28+ DAYS
Please note for guests staying 28+ days, we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $250/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow well-behaved / potty-trained dogs with some restrictions per the HOA. There is a $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur for excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *

FREE PARKING
There are numerous uncovered parking spots in the community and free street parking available adjacent and surrounding the Townhome. There is also a private garage. Just don't forget to return the garage door opener before you head back home!

SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices include Yale Lock, Nest Thermostat (adjustable in range of 70-80 degrees), Ring Video Doorbell (Front Exterior), Ring Security Camera (Garage) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy. We provide SmartTVs at our properties so you can log into your personal TV/streaming apps.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door.
*Early check-in and/or late check-out for an additional $100 fee, based on availability.*

HORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE & HOA COMPLIANCE
Per the City of Scottsdale: “All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.” There is a 9PM-7AM noise ordinance set by the HOA which includes outdoor areas (patio and rooftop). Please note, the HOA of this community also requires that we register guests by submitting adults' names & phone numbers, and vehicle information, prior to arrival.

EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY
This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Data or server hosting
- Running commercial-grade equipment
- Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load
Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

So glad we found this gem. Location was great for exploring Scottsdale. Slept amazing - the beds were lovely. Has lots of charm with the coolest rooftop patio. Only downside is the water/pressure. But it’s an older home so that’s part of its charm.

Great get away in Scottsdale

A true gem! This townhouse is everything as advertised. The location is fantastic and close to old town Scottsdale with shopping and restaurants. The rooftop deck is great for morning coffee, or just relaxing, or a happy hour with cocktails. The bedrooms are very comfortable with great bedding and towels. Jennie, the host, was fantastic and very accommodating! We can’t wait to go back to this property!

Stayed in Scottsdale for a week and couldn’t have been happier with our rental. This may be the first time the online photos looked exactly like the place we arrived at. Great rooftop area. The property was exactly as described. Everything you could want both inside and out. Great rooftop patio and very walkable location

Old Town Townhome is perfectly set up for a comfortable stay with either family or friends. The location is highly walkable with old town Scottsdale only 15 minutes away on foot. All amenities and many great restaurants and night spots are within a few blocks. The home is well furnished and nicely decorated. The rooftop patio is a great hangout spot. Highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

Spectacular!

My family and I gathered in Scottsdale (4 adults, 2 children) for a weekend vacation. This condo was perfect in every way. Comfortable, clean, well appointed in a perfect location. The rooftop deck is amazing and we spent most of our time there. Since we had children most of our meals were at the condo. The kitchen had everything even plates for children!! Communication with the owner was fast and efficient. Thank you for letting us rent your place and we can’t wait to return!

We all loved this place. It’s decorated so cute. The “book” has every relevant piece of information you’ll ever need about the house and the area. The location is great. Walkable to grocery, coffee, shopping at fashion square. Close to running trails. House was emasculate. Beds comfy. Linens soft and fluffy. Solar lights on the patio provide such good ambiance. Highly recommend!

Cute townhome. Owner very communicative. Clean, comfortable beds. Good location. Was in town for a meeting being hosted at The Scottsdale Resort, but had the kids and didn’t want to deal with two tweens sharing the same bed and fighting. So rented this instead. Each had their own bed, private rooms, was 10 mins to resort. Worked out well. Close to mall, old town, safe area. Would recommend.

Great location and host!

I want to start with - the host/owner was amazing! There was no detail overlooked and the place was super functional! We loved the location. It was close to bike/walking trails and faster to walk to old town. Easy drive to golf, shopping, hiking trails and anything you could want to do. The pictures looked just like the place! We brought our dog and there were many dogs in the dog park across the way. We had an extended stay and it was fully equipped for whatever level of cooking/entertaining you could want. Just book it! You won't be disappointed!!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

This place is fantastic in so many ways! 1. The townhome is nicely decorated and chock full of everything you might need - really well stocked kitchen. 2. The outdoor space - patio and rooftop - are sensational! 3. Little amenities - shampoo/conditioner, special soaps, makeup remover/makeup towels - made us feel pampered 4. The location is terrific - walkable to old town, fashion mall, chapparell park. Right off Camelback Rd, but a block in so quiet. 5. Jennie is a thoughtful, attentive, generous host. Scottsdale Visit

Fully stocked house with everything you could need for a night, or a month. Nice to have safe, enclosed parking for our car rental and everything so close. I walked to everything! Restaurants, bars, shopping, hiking trails, dog friendly parks and trails. The best thing about the property was my morning coffee and evening cocktail on the deck above the garage. Lovely place to start and end our day. Even had a sneak view at Camelback. My husband twisted his ankle, early on the trip, and his best friend was Waymo, the driverless car. That was a life saver for him. You have to try it while in the area. Thanks again, Jennie!

I want to keep this place a secret........

This is one of those vacation finds that I really want to keep a secret, but I can't quit talking about it! From the moment I walked in the door I was wowed by the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Viewing the remodel pictures and seeing the hard work and love that went into it made me appreciate it even more. I vacation often, and have rented in many many places and this was hands down the most pleasant and easy experience I have had so far. From the welcome message details, the guest book, and signs everywhere to help with any oddities of a vintage property mixed with modern conveniences, Jennie really has thought of everything you might need! The place is roomy and allowed my Mom and I to have our own spaces for this extended vacation. There are so many decorator touches - including a mural! The location is perfect - I walked daily in all directions and it was a safe and enjoyable spot for morning strolls or to go downtown. In the evenings it was a $5-7 Uber to downtown for dinner - or we ate in that fully stocked kitchen with everything we could have possibly needed. The best part is the rooftop patio over the garage, I wanted to be there all day - from coffee till cocktails! Thank you for an amazing stay - I will definitely be back!
