Sedona View at the Flats est une maison entièrement rénovée située à quelques pas de l’aéroport Vortex et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques. La maison a 1.721 pieds carrés, trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes.

Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, vous vous retrouvez dans le salon principal. Lumineux, aéré et ouvert avec ses plafonds voûtés en bois et ses nombreuses fenêtres laissant entrer la lumière naturelle, cet espace est chaleureux et invitant.

Salon: Un grand canapé en cuir entoure une Smart TV de 75 pouces avec Netflix, Amazon Video et de nombreux autres services de diffusion et de programmation.

Cuisine: L'espace entièrement équipé comprend des appareils haut de gamme, tels qu'une cuisinière à gaz Wolf, six fours, un réfrigérateur Subzero et un réfrigérateur à vin. L'espace est entouré d'armoires en bois d'aulne et de comptoirs en quartzite blanc. Il y a un grand îlot central pouvant accueillir trois personnes, ce qui en fait un endroit parfait pour se divertir.

Salle à manger: Peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes à la magnifique table à manger.

Chambres:
Master - Grand lit, téléviseur intelligent 65 pouces et grand dressing. La salle de bain privée a deux lavabos et une combinaison baignoire / douche. Sortez sur le pont adjacent pour profiter de la vue sur les roches rouges environnantes.

The home was beautiful! High end appliances (we didn't cook, so unused), Very clean. Master bedroom door to outside blew open one night. We figured out how to get the latch/lock to work. Trees in other back yards hindered the view of the beautiful Red Rocks. Where was the firepit?

Amenities were fantastic! The kitchen was super stocked with pans and plates and everything anyone could need. What an amazing property! Lots of extras that other properties don't have. Plenty of everything! The weather was perfect and so many restaurants nearby. We loved it!

Great getaway

The property was beautiful. The open layout, and high ceilings really made the space feel like a great place to gather with family. The outdoor patio space was a great place to curl up with a book. The very large kitchen island made a great gathering place for the family while cooking dinners. The dinning table was large enough for the whole family to gather around and play games. Would highly recommend to families visiting the area.

Beautiful home, great location

The house was perfect for my husband and I plus our two adult children. The kitchen was amazing and the great room comfortable. We were in town for film festival and it was a perfect location to theaters as well as local hiking. Loved it!

Loved our stay!

Location was key & we enjoyed being so close to everything we wanted to experience. Listing states "deck with views" but any views were blocked by tall plants & electricity wires unfortunately.

Fabulous place

We loved the home and the neighborhood. Everything was very well thought out and appointed. Kitchen was fabulous, we loved the big sectional with remote foot rests!! Overall would come back again in a minute!!

Outstanding!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was spotless clean, with a well-stocked, high-end kitchen, very beautiful and comfortable interior spaces, inviting outdoor spaces, and it was completely quiet! The location was perfect-- convenient to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants. We recommend this home very highly!

We tried to report a problem with refrigerator but never heard back. Center section between freezer and frig was very hot - heated up seals around doiors but freezer and frig continued to work.
