Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. House has all you need for R & R . Outdoor space was also wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We would stay again!

Relaxing, Great Host

The host was responsive and helpful. The pool was so nice and the location was easy to get to downtown! Would definitely book again.

Tennis weekend

Stayed at Gary's adorable house for a girls' weekend. Great house with a fun pool. Gary couldn't be a better host!

Very User Friendly Home

We were a couple couples with our fur babies that stayed for a few nights. We cooked breakfast and dinners at the house. It was a very comfortable space for all of us and conveniently located 10-15 minutes to anything we needed in the local area.

Hidden Gem

This was a wonderful property with classic Palm Springs vibes. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure, pool & jacuzzi were wonderful. Great outdoor area surrounds the pool. A great getaway spot for sure. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you!

Pineapple Splash

Loved this beautiful property. It was bright and charming, very clean with welcoming touches, well stocked kitchen with coffee, cooking oils, spices and more! Pineapple Splash is the place to be! Loved the privacy of the pool area with high gated fence. Greg is great, responsive and helpful:) We will definitely be returning to Pineapple Splash!

PS in PS (Pineapple Splash in Palm Springs)

We spent a month at Pineapple Splash and really enjoyed it. Pictures do a great job of showing the property. Gary just needs to update pictures for the very nice kitchen remodel that was completed just before we arrived. Gary was a great host, answering our questions and checking in with us. Pool area was great and enjoyed by us and family, friends and grandkids who visited. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet - no issue with airport noise. Outdoor kitchen with grill area got alot of use - even when it was hot. We used the garage and the washer/dryer - both made the trip better. We will be back!

Premium Property!

We recently spent a month at this wonderful mid-century modern remodel. A well appointed open concept home with a great kitchen, huge television for your streaming services, central air and heating works very well, water pressure good and hot water a plenty. The large walk-in closet was a plus. Outside offers a complete grille set up, large spa and a large pool with waterfall. There are plenty of seats and lounge chairs for everyone. Pool and spa heat very quickly! Weekly landscape maintenance and by-weekly pool service. You work directly with the owner of the property who really cares about you having a first class stay. This is the nicest mid-century we have stayed in and we will be back!

Pineapple Splash should be Called Jet Stream

This property is directly over the flight path of all out bound PS airport traffic which starts at 5:30am and ends at 10:30pm. The owner was quite nice and much of the problems weren't related to our interaction with him at all. The pool/spa and yard were very nice and the pool had a heater for an extra cost. The interiors were quite worn, the rooms where small, the living room wasn't that comfortable (no coffee table), the cookware was horrible and barely usable, and there wasn't access to a washer/dryer which made a weeks stay difficult. The TV fire stick setup was not recommended. I didn't want to put my personal info into that system. I would not stay again.

The airport affects many properties in Palm Springs as it is a very small town i also lived at this home for 4 years before making it a rental and the airport wasn’t an issue its now been 4 years as a rental. I am new to vrbo but have 95 plus positive reviews elsewhere. This is the first guest that has mentioned the airport in all that time. I would like point out that you raised none of this up while you were staying. In fact i heard nothing from you the entire time. My listing says access to washer dryer can be granted on request. I assumed it wasn’t required because there was no request. Again the cookware has not been an issue for previous guests. My review from guests that checked out only a week or so before you is on par to what i usually get. The firestick for each tv is clearly listed too on my listing. I am sorry you were uncomfortable signing in as your own account. Simply logging out at the end of your stay is sufficient and again all my guests in 4 years haven’t had an issue. And as for room measurements I don’t think thats even listed on other rentals. My home is 3 bed 2 bath 1500 sq ft. Which is listed. I would have dealt with any issues you had if you had of contacted me during your stay but as i mentioned you said nothing to me at all.

It was a very lovely and clean home, and also pet friendly. The home decor and style choices were amazing and it is a pet friendly home! Gary was lovely and very responsive!
