You'll enter into the bright living room featuring a modern gas fireplace, 65â smart TV with a sound bar to enjoy movies or football. Enjoy the many books/games in the hall closet for fun, leisure time with friends and family. Delight in the open floor plan with the living room flowing seamlessly to the high-top dining area off the galley kitchen.
The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 (with an additional leaf for even more space!) and offers large sliders with a wonderful view of the backyard and the iconic mountain backdrop. Lots of seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with the expansive shade pergola along the back; the two outdoor ceiling fans will keep you and your guests comfortable and the twinkle lights create lovely evening ambiance.
The cook`s kitchen has granite counters, a professional range, and a gorgeous refrigerator with front drawers providing quick access to snacks and waters. Well-stocked with dishes, glasses and appliances, you'll enjoy entertaining the full group! There are plenty of everyday dishes and even coordinated Melamine dinnerware for poolside entertaining ⊠Fiesta De Aqua is margarita ready!
The sleeping quarters offer great separation of bedrooms for privacy with a sumptuous primary suite usually enjoyed in high-end homes. The primary suite is on the West side of the home and includes a unique double-sided vanity area with Carrera marble counter and columns and a soothing rain shower-head spa system. With mirror and glass accents, the primary bath is truly a private spa experience and the sliders to the backyard offer easy (and romantic) access to the pool and spa. The glamorous king-sized bed, lounging chair and TV make it a great retreat.
The two guest rooms on the Eastern side of the house share a hallway bath with shower/tub combo. Guest room 1 offers a king-sized bed and slider access to a private, shaded courtyard. Guest room 2 offers extra-long twin beds and slider access to the backyard. With advance notice, we can arrange these two twins together to create a 3rd king bed offering so that everyone has the space needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway.
All bedrooms have wood plank porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, dual-paned windows/sliders, fast Wi-Fi and TVs with cable access. The home even offers a unique, air-conditioned, two-car garage with custom floors.
Outside, the living is easy with a huge covered patio with outdoor dining for up to 8 guests and a separate, comfy, couch/sofa seating area. Multiple tanning and lounging areas around the pool with easy to open, offset umbrellas allow you to soak up as much sun or enjoy as much shade as you want including, a movable hammock lounger for delicious afternoon naps.
The pool area is two-tiered allowing you to enjoy multiple views of the mountains. The top wader portion wraps around the large fountain cascading down to the main saltwater pool and spa. Splash around with a nice selection of pool noodles and floats. At night, enjoy gathering around the gas fire pit that sits beside the extra-large grassy yard, swim in the LED-lit pool or de-stress in the large built-in spa while taking in the stunning night sky and desert stars.

These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly.
