Loved the layout of the house and easy walking distance although there is a slight hill coming back from town. Parking is a bit tight but doable very clean. Would definitely stay again !

The bedroom with two beds showed them side by side on the site but they were actually bunk beds, which wasn't the greatest for all adults.

Family Reunion

We had 7 senior citizens for our stay. The stairs were a bit daunting, but once up in the house the views were incredible, two separate living rooms—upper one “the library” was beautiful, relaxing. Kitchen well appointed. Location was a short walk to shops & restaurants. Very nice property.

Great Location

We had a fabulous stay, the location was great, easy walk to town & beach. There were ants in the kitchen & living room but property manager came out right away & took care of it. We would love to stay again

Lovely home with a fantastic view of the ocean. Lots of space and a beautifully equipped kitchen. There is everything you could wish for and more.Easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Cayucos and close to both San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay without the crowds.One small complaint is you are asked to replace supplies you have used. This is the first time I have experienced this request and I’ve rented houses all over the world. Typically the cleaning service replenishes the supplies.

Lovely time at the big blue house

Stayed here for a little family vacation with three generations. Great space, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Short walk to cute downtown and beach. GREAT, very well equipped kitchen. Had a WI-FI issue and management was super on top of it and got it resolved quickly. Would stay again.

Visit Cal Poly with family

We had a weekend down on the central coast to give my future CP SLO student a peek at school. Cayucos was a great option to get out of the busier areas of SLO and the property we stayed at was clean, beautiful, and easy walking access to restaurants and the beach.

Great girls get-away

We stayed here for a sister-mother-daughter getaway and had a wonderful weekend. For the price it was very nice and the location was great - short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice big table for gathering. I would say this is a comfortable place for 8 adults since the 1 room is very small with small bunk beds. Communication was excellent and check-in and out was very easy.

Beautiful house, shower walk to the beach.

Wake me up at the view to the ocean. Is something you don’t get every day. The house is accommodating enough, that everyone was able to find their own quiet space. We had a wonderful vacation and will stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful weekend with my parents and siblings and spouses. Even with a crazy rain storm! We enjoyed playing games and bbq’ing at the house! The kitchen amenities are really well done and makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. We also loved going into Cayucos for some of the great food places there. Management company was very responsive. We would love to come back again!

Excellent Views and Location

The house is situated a short walk up a (steepish) hill from downtown. The area is quiet and there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by, not to mention the beach. The house is roomy-with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on each level. The mid level has the Master. The top level has 3 bedrooms, balcony and second living room with fireplace. Our group loved the spaciousness of the house, incredible ocean views, as well as its proximity to Cambria, Hearst Castle, and Morro Bay. We spent time cooking and eating in the large dining room circular room with beautiful views. We enjoyed the local thrift and antique stores. We saw bikes in the garage and got excited, but alas they were locked up. We noticed upon arrival each bathroom only had 2 rolls of tp, so we asked for more, which we picked up from the property management our first morning. Ideally it would have been better stocked so we wouldn't have to worry about it. Other than that the house had everything we needed and more. Ample blankets, pillows, kitchenware, shampoo, condtioner, even bubble bath. Sadly we never used the jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable and the view from the backyard, up the stairs, was perfect. Sadly there weren't ocean views from the bedrooms, but the living rooms/kitchen/dining room had incredible views. Our group loved the sunset from the balcony as well as from the fishing pier, best. Overall great place to get away from it all- very relaxing and comfortable!

Beautiful house, great location, wonky check-in/check-out

This house is beautiful and well situation in the central California coast. The views from the kitchen and sunroom and stunning, and the communal spaces are homey and perfect for gathering. The check-in and check-out experience, however, could use some work. Check in happens contact-less at the leasing office - it seems like they could save their guests time and energy by adding a lock box at the property. Additionally, the check out instructions indicate that the guest is responsible for replacing used items such as toilet paper and paper towels. I've never stayed at a rental that places that responsibility on the guest, and it didn't sit well with my group. And it's not a good system - as a result of what I'm assuming is the previous renters not replacing garbage bags, we were left with none and needed to procure them on our own. Would absolutely return if the house changes this policy around check out.
