I got to the front of office Servi Sa Punta in July 2007 coming directly from another company in the sector in which I was reconciling studies and practice for 7 years. From the beginning we have focused our efforts to differentiate ourselves as a company that serves its customers quickly and efficiently. To do this we focus our main area of work alongside the properties we rent and we have maintained a small structure that allows us to deal directly with the client at all times. We attend the client from pre-arrival providing information on how to get here; we take him to the rented property and solve his problems during his stay every day of the week. We are in Sa Punta Urbanization next to the beach right on the border of the two towns Pals and Begur (Costa Brava centre).Our rentals offer try to satisfy all kinds of customers , from the apartments with the better price / performance ratio to the luxury properties. We understand that it is not possible to classify customers; each offer we make is designed for getting close to their expectations. The personalized service begins when we receive a request from a client and continues during all the reservation process, allowing us to have a relationship even before the arrival. Our work area has two distinct zones, one is an urbanisation of detached houses and the other next to the golf club has apartment buildings with a maximum height of three storeys. In both cases the offer is intended for family holidays. Our offer is based especially on sun and beach, but our location allows us to complement a wide variety of activities. Sports activities ranging from water sports, golf, tennis, horse riding , scuba diving. Cultural activities include visits to museums, routes of modernism and Romanesque, Roman settlements, medieval villages.
