Chalet rustique dans un endroit privé - Animaux acceptés!

Vous cherchez la paix et la tranquillité pour vos vacances NH? Nous l'avons ici à Pemi Shore Cottages.

J'ai un chalet entièrement meublé 2bd / 1ba non loin de l'eau sur une colline boisée avec une vue magnifique. Nous l'appelons «niveau suivant». A des escaliers à descendre à la plage ou vous pouvez conduire.

Ce cottage dispose de lits doubles, du chauffage au gaz, d'une télévision par câble à écran plat, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, de la climatisation, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un barbecue, d'un foyer extérieur et d'un accès à notre plage privée de 90 pieds et à notre rampe de mise à l'eau. Il y a aussi un bateau à rames et un pédalo à utiliser sans frais. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, et la garde de chien peut être disponible (demandez-nous!).

Grande pêche, ski nautique et baignade sur la rivière Pemigewasset dans un endroit isolé sans tous les touristes! Près du barrage de Franklin Falls et de ses 3 900 hectares de sentiers panoramiques!

Seulement 4 miles de RT. 93 (sortie 22), à 3 km des épiceries et à seulement 6 km des célèbres magasins d'usine Tanger à Tilton.

Nous sommes saisonniers et ouverts du 15 mai au 15 octobre.

Remarque: nous ne facturons pas de dépôt de garantie, car les accidents sont généralement rares et faciles à réparer. Cependant, VRBO proposera une assurance facultative, au cas où vous souhaiteriez être couvert en cas de dommages graves. Nous n’avons encore subi aucun dommage supérieur à 80 dollars, mais c’est à vous de décider.

This was a quick stop (2 nights) before meeting up for a big family vacation. Cottage was perfect. It was exactly as described, pet friendly and we were able to enjoy a couple breweries and winery all nearby. John is an excellent communicator and we were happy we booked here.

Memorial Weekend

Had a wonderfully time here ! Place and location were absolutely beautiful! John was a great host as well and the cabin was very comzy. The Franklin Dam was visible right from the outside patio and right down the street as well. Would 100% recommend and come back .

What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch the big bass 8 had hooked but lost.

Awesome Visit

Booked this beautiful little cottage with me my wife and our two dogs. Location is perfect this time of year for a relaxing stay. Very dog friendly lots of hiking and beautiful scenery. Met a very lovely mother and daughter with there dogs Ranger & Bacchus. Will definitely be back !!

The property is a little piece heaven; private from neighboring cottages with a gorgeous view through the trees off the deck for morning coffee/afternoon snacks and easy access to the private beach. A private hammock, fire pit and picnic table next to the cottage was an extra bonus. Proximity to local outdoor activities and restaurants was excellent. John answered questions promptly before the trip and was there to greet us upon arrival. The check out process was just as easy. Thanks for a great getaway!

Cozy Cabin

Great cabin, perfect for what we needed. Quiet, cozy, great view of the river, short drive to shopping if needed. Nice area to explore, we went to Newfound Lake and Meredith during our stay. John was very accommodating, and is a bonus that they allow dogs!

Cottage weekend get away

We stayed in treetop cabin, private location with easy access to river for tubing and relaxing. Cottage was as advertised with all you need for a weekend family get away including grill, fire pit and outdoor deck and hammock! Pet friendly a plus!

Great cottage!

My husband, two young kids and dogs had a great time at the cottage. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with comfortable beds, in a nice private area with private water front beach access. The dogs were welcome throughout the property and were even allowed to swim on the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice getaway

Only possible negatives were the access to the water wasn't the best and the wifi was inconsistent but it is a nice getaway and I would stay here again. The grill and hammock were nice and the cottage was a fine roof over our heads. The owners and neighbors seem like fine people too.

My name is John and I come up from Florida to help my mother out with the cottages, doing grunt work and anything computer related. :)

My parents bought the raw land in the 1980s and over time cleared the land, put in roads and services, and built the cottages by hand using rough cut wood from a local mill.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This location is VERY private. We are almost surrounded by town and federal land, including almost 4000 acres of Franklin Falls Dam Park. On a typical day we are the only people on this section of river, which is great for fishing, boating, watching nature or just soaking in the sun. Only 4 miles from 93 in central NH so you can zip around to other tourist spots.
