This place is a gem. It clean and cosy and the sounds of the waterfall was phenomenal! Vinnie was so easy to work with and I enjoyed this place so much. Highly recommend! I hope to return someday!

Beautiful secluded spot. We loved listening to the Profile Falls on the large deck. The RV was cozy and had everything we needed. Vinny was very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing, Peaceful Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Hill, NH! The seclusion and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and get away from everything. The beautiful waterfalls were definitely a highlight—we loved listening to the water and enjoying the natural beauty right outside our door.The fireplace is the living area was perfect to take the chill off of the morning air. They supply everything you could possibly need. Vinnie was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful New Hampshire getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The place is clean and cute, but it was cold with no information on how to get more heat going. Acorns dropping on the metal roof all night sounded like gunshots - rough night’s sleep. It is far up a winding gravel road with abandoned vehicles on both side, and no WiFi or even cell coverage. I’d call this more glamping than anything else. It felt like a lot of money for what it was. I didn’t even stay for my second night. It would be fine in warm weather if you don’t mind being kind of off grid.

Well I will certainly agree the acorns are plenty full this year . Very sorry they kept you from a wonderful relaxing sleep by the waterfalls . We had the heat on for you as the weather report warned us of a sharp drop in temp for this weekend . I did come down to greet you shortly after you had arrived to go over a few things to include extra blankets , how to turn the heat up , and a bit of info about the area , but you had gone out for a while , so I did not get to meet you . I do take alil offense , not a lot , there are no abandon vehicles up my very short driveway . There are in fact a handful of antique collectible cars registerd ,!that do not fit in my already full garage . I wish you had taking a moment to let me know , before you left , it’s very posible I would have let you stay in my cabin for your second night . I always do the best I can for my guests . Thank you for choosing my place . Reach out anytime, I do have places that have wifi and phone service my camp does not have wifi .I will try to make your next stay more comfortable .

we really had no communication with the owner. Which is not a bad thing by any means. It was easy to access the property. The entrance to the property is a little difficult if you have a larger vehicle. But we managed it. The property was super clean. We really enjoyed it. The peacefulness of not having Wi-Fi connection was a blessing. And we were able to have access when we went out for drives which was fine.

Property is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and oh so peaceful! Great outdoor fire pit to enjoy a fire and s’mores. King size bed so comfortable.Yes there’s no internet but 2 dvd players and a few dvds here. Bring your favorite dvds if you need a tv. For music download your favorites to your library on phone and use a speaker. Or just enjoy the quiet and freedom from outside world with the lack of internet!!Vinnie came by to make sure we were settled in and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit. Definitely a great property to rent!

This is truly a nest in the woods owner was extremely helpful in getting us settled the location is remote yet easy to find on NewHampshire route 3 A if you are looking for a place to escape life’s rigours for a few days this is absolutely a place you will want to consider

We were charmed by the decor and the smart & thoughtful additions to the camper. It felt like a mini home to us immediately.
