CONDO LAKEFRONT AVEC VUE DE CANAL PRINCIPAL - Situé à un kilomètre du magnifique lac des Ozarks. Nouvellement rénové 3 chambres, 2 unités de bain avec un accès facile aux quais de pêche, piscine chauffée (mi-mai à la mi-octobre) et autres commodités. Place de parking réservée près de l'unité de niveau inférieur. Court 5 minutes de Bagnell Dam Strip et Hwy. 54 La rampe d'accès au public est située à moins de 1,5 km du complexe. Un parking pour remorque de bateau est disponible. Master BR face au lac comprend un lit KING avec accès au pont, un dressing, un ventilateur de plafond et une salle de bain privée. La BR2 comprend un lit Queen, un ventilateur de plafond et un accès au second bain. La BR3 comprend des lits jumeaux et un ventilateur de plafond. GRANDE CHAMBRE FAMILIALE avec télévision à écran plat. FAMILY ROOM jouxte un vaste espace salle à manger pour se réunir, se restaurer et passer du temps en famille et entre amis. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles, poêles, cafetière, etc.

The condo is decorated perfectly for the Lake of the Ozarks! So cute! It was also furnished with everything we needed for the week! The pool is just a 1 minute walk away, which is so convenient!

Moms weekend at the lake

Our weekend at the lake was amazing! The condo was spacious and very well taken care of. There is no swimming in the lake, but there is an amazing pool with a great view to make up for it! I didn't even miss swimming in the lake. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo, we will definitely be back!

Received Full Refund

Owner tried to blame us for a broken toilet we made him aware of right away upon using the toilet after checking in. He also alleged we were younger than 40 which all 4 of us were exactly 40. We left for a tee time that was rained out and while at lunch he called us back to ask us to leave the property. While we headed back to get our luggage, he had another unit owner come into the property without our knowledge which was great for our documentation as he was very confused by why he was asked to go check on the condo after meeting us. He was told we were partying which couldn't be further from the truth. We had not even gone to the grocery store or bought anything yet for our stay. Nothing inside has been touched other than my friend using the bathroom before we left. VRBO fully refunded us our money!

We have rented our condo through VRBO since 2019 and have never had an issue with our renters until now. TJ did contact me about the hallway toilet "leaking" and I immediately contacted my plumber who arrived within 2 hours after I was notified of the issue. The plumber's assessment was that the toilet tank was cracked from top to bottom and the only way that could have occurred was from some blunt force. When questioned by the plumber, TJ asked his friend "How did you break the "F@*#@&$" toilet?" of which the friend simply walked away. I have never had my property vandalized and I was not about to have any further damage done by irresponsible renters. After discussing with the plumber, the HT management company and VRBO., I asked them to leave. The "friend" then verbally abused me over the phone. As a result of his abusive talk, I asked another condo owner to check on the unit to ensure no additional damage was done. As a result of this guest's behavior, I've had to change my house rules to include that any vandalism to the property will result in the guests having to leave immediately.
