Notre maison de ville récemment rénovée se trouve à 3 km du quartier Gulch, des rues du centre-ville de Nashville et de Mid-town. Notre espace est très attrayant, meublé avec goût avec un mobilier contemporain et des appareils neufs. Parking dans la rue et privé est également disponible, ainsi que l'option Uber ou Lyft. Great location

This place was in a great location. Quick Uber trip to broadway and the stadium. I will suggest to be careful in the master bathroom shower as it is very slippery and no anti slip stickers on the floor. A couple of us almost fell so I had to lay washcloths on the floor of the shower to make myself more secure. A lot of bedrooms which made it nice and the extra half bath downstairs was very convenient

Quaint Property

Everything was great. Property is smaller than what wide angle images show on listing. Dining table was heavy, could probably be moved but only accessible from 2 sides. Some trouble on Friday night, someone banging on our door at 2am, police activity in area. Short Uber

My stay

There is a safety issue in the lower level bedroom closet. I am assuming carpet was laid over an open vent hole. My girlfriend twisted her ankle stepping in the hole. There was no shampoo conditioner etc. there was a gas/sewer smell coming from the downstairs bathroom. Every thing else was good.

Great property for girl’s weekend to celebrate birthday.

Four separate bedrooms were ideal for each person to have their own bedroom. The first floor bedroom does not have a bathroom. There is a half bath but showering required going upstairs. Not ideal but not a deal breaker either. There was a hole in the floor entering the closet of the first floor bedroom. It was covered by the carpet except for the area next to wall which was left exposed. The hole (or dip in floor) was problematic for me as i tripped often entering the closet. The property was clean and secured with an alarm system that was appreciated. The unit did not have any wine glasses but otherwise had what we needed in the kitchen. The location was not the best as walking to restaurants or entertainment was not an option. However we had no problem with Uber. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Hi Jan! The wine glasses were in the cabinet above the stove. We wish we were made aware of the issues so that we could have informed/rectified. Glad you all enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Great for a girls weekend.

Spent the weekend in Nashville with girlfriends. The property was clean and beds comfortable. It is stocked with necessities, though our party of 4 had to rewash glasses and plates after every use as there were no extras. The neighbor is an eclectic mix of older and updated homes. It was easier to drive/Uber than try to walk to anywhere.

Great Family Oasis

This was very clean and large enough to fit our 40th anniversary family of 10. Bedrooms nice, very comfy beds & pillows. Clean and has all the amenities. Owner answered all questions I had quickly. Short Uber & Lyft rides into Broadway. I loved having 4 full bedrooms with queen-size beds for our kids & their spouses.

Very nice place

Parking was easy. Place really nice. Wish there were more wash cloth and towels. We each had one towel and one wash cloth. I will bring some next time. I would stay again.

Great Nashville rental

The place was great. Close to everything and very clean. We went there for a siblings+spouses trip and couldn’t have been better. Just ask for clarification on parking when renting (no issue though).

Nice Clean Property

A very nice clean rental property. The decor is stylish and functional. The layout of the main floor is great for entertaining and hanging out with a large group. The bathrooms are updated and clean. The bedrooms are spacious. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. The security system and outdoor lighting helped to make us feel secure. If you plan on making your own meals, it is worth noting that the kitchen has very limited supplies (no cutting knives, cutting board, etc). Additionally, many of the lightbulbs in the house were missing or not functioning.
