Our BIG and tastefully appointed 4-bedroom 2-bath Yuma home is only 10 minutes to downtown and one turn is all you need to get there! Convenient to everything 15min or less to Opryland, Vanderbilt, Belmont, Airport, Brentwood, Franklin and only 10 min to downtown! 5 min to the Zoo! NOTE there is an upstairs apartment but it has a completely separate entrance and its rare you will either hear or encounter them.

Used food was left in the fridge, very unsanitary. The vanity in the main bathroom did not work. The couch is wore out. You sink so deep into the couch cushions, you cannot get up easily. One of the arm rests has no padding. You can see the outline of framework. One of the living room chairs plastic is peeling off. Very unappealing looking. Pictures on the website do not match the house. Communication with the hosts was amazing.

Family Vacation

Overall we had a blast but there were somethings that needed improvement at the house. Some of the pots and pans were so nasty we couldnt use them and the oven was full of grease we had to scrub it to be able to use it. The communication was awesome with everyone. And the check in process was super easy.

Basic accommodations with great host support

Our stay was decent and the host was sooooo helpful and quick to respond with any issues that arrived. We had a couple mishaps but the host fixed them right away. The house has a great big room in the back with lots of beds for my family to sleep while other relatives can take advantage of the other rooms. We chose this particular house because it offered a couple recliners and my father can only sleep in a recliner. There were plenty of resources and this place can be a great stay for many families. I gave a 3 star because beds had cheap mattresses, the laundry machines and furniture were pretty dated and the washers hose fell out while staying there so I had a big mess to clean up. Like I mentioned earlier, the host was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not fit the bill. However, if you’re looking for some basic, clean, and great host then this is just the spot!

The house was in good condition for an older home. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well supplied. We were just there mainly to sleep, as we were at the ballfield the rest of the time.

Nashville Stay

Although a older home it was very well equipped for all our needs. The home was easy to find and not far from downtown and other sites in Nashville. Large home with lots of seating and four bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and informative right from booking to checkout.

Wasn’t pleased

I was not aware of tenants being upstairs or I would not have rented it due to having loud children and having to stay quiet. Mold in bathroom on ceiling and hot tub was disgusting. Dishwasher was left with dirty dishes when we arrived.

Great value and caring hosts

The communication was great from beginning to end. The location was great; super close to the zoo; and the Mexican restaurant nearby was phenomenal. Easy to get an uber downtown . The space the home afforded us was an incredible value for price and made our stay comfortable, being able to spread out. But the most impressive thing to me was the hosts reaching out to make sure we were okay in the middle of a huge storm cell with tornado risks over a long span of time and telling us how to be safe in case of a bad scenario. I’m sure the property is covered by insurance so this was an act of caring for the people they were hosting and was so appreciated! The hot tub was great to unwind in the first night after our 10 hour drive down. We would’ve definitely used it every night if the weather had cooperated!! Thanks again!

Definitely pros and cons to this property. For the pros it was very spacious and and was in a good location - a $15-$35 uber ride from downtown, less than 2 miles from the zoo. Checkin was easy and they promptly addressed a minor issue with the hot tub. It's in a very Latino area with lots of interesting options for authentic Mexican food (which unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try) For the cons, it had a general musty smell, which was often supplemented by other smells likely coming from the apartment upstairs (none of them pleasant) We also found 2 dead cockroaches on the floor (but no live one's, so maybe the place was recently treated?)

Somewhat Disappointing

The house was nice enough, but the bathtub was dirty and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The listing was inaccurate. It said it sleeps 12, including 3 double sofa beds. There were zero sofa beds, but 3 couches. The owner did offer to bring another bed or air mattress but it just wasnt an ideal situation for us. There is also a person who lives upstairs, which we were not made aware of. We could hear banging and movement the whole time and we shared the driveway, and this included people making deliveries to the tennant upstairs.

My husband and I stayed here. Much too big for what we needed but the price was very reasonable and there wasn’t many properties with a private hot tub for our travel dates. Lots of room, and necessities that we wanted. On our first day the washer wouldn’t fill with water and we had very little hot water for our showers. (Not enough for both of us). We reached out to the property managers and Brent came over while we were out enjoying the town and fixed everything. Our only complaints are the dryer is super noisy while running. And there is no kitchen towels or dish cloths. And also no oven mitts or pot holders. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and felt safe!

Okay stay

When we first arrived, while we were checking out the bedrooms, we noticed that the back bedroom only had 2 beds and that the couches were not pull out double beds as indicated in the listing. We had 3 teenagers and an 8 yr old. with us. While the teenagers made do with the bed situation the 8 year old had to sleep with an adult. The remaining bedrooms were fine, but with the exception of the bedroom with the King bed. This house was converted from 2 duplex homes to one, and the front bedroom with the king bed had the original door entrance to it. This door was locked, but came open in the middle of the night. We double checked both front doors before leaving each time, but that particular door did not always lock. Kitchen could use updated pans, utensils, plates, cups and especially coffee cups, only espresso size cups were available for coffee, so we had to purchase our own. Washer did not work properly, we had to pay attention as the wash would stop in between cycles and we had to turn the knob to the next cycle for the wash to finish. The living room TV and front bedroom TV had to use the same remote. Both bathrooms were fine, a little oddly converted, but worked fine. Hot tub did not work properly either. The house reeked of cigarette smoke from the tenants upstairs so bad that we went out and bought candles for the house. The listing should be updated for this VRBO to include newer pictures and accurate description of the bedrooms.

Was told as we landed that the original house was still under renovation (the listing said newly renovated 2 months prior to our trip) and they needed to change our house. I appreciate them getting us another house but dont appreciate that we were told as we landed that the house was not available. The house given to us was not up to par. The ice machine had mold in it, utensils were lack there of. Just not what we signed up for. Came in to a dish washer full of dishes, clean, not clean? I dont know. Lamps with no lightbulbs, sink ready to fall apart. House needs some renovating. Tub had some stains or mold, not sure what it was. A closet that, im not sure what it was! Not to happy with the experience. Truley feel like we were hooked and reeled into one home, and the last minute we were given the "opportunity" to "upgrade" to this house. Do we call this baited? You tell me.

Great for groups!

We had a group of 10 needing somewhere to stay in Nashville and this property was great for that! So much space, plenty of beds, and 2 separate full sized bathrooms were selling points for us. The hot tub was clean and there is ample front porch seating so your group can hang out together in those spaces as well. The hosts were more than accommodating and it was a very smooth process checking in and out. I would definitely recommend this property and these hosts!

Very well kept house in Nashville

From the time we got to the house until the time we left we enjoyed all of our time spent there
. This house provided everything we needed.. we hope to return in the future.. the beds were very comfortable
 the hosts were very informative and answered any questions I had in a timely manner
