Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

After 2 guests is $25 per guest per night

Close to all famous activities near the 12 South nice place well stocked with all amenities. Minimum down size one the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was nice but the shared space was tiny. There were three large bedrooms accommodating 6 people but the kitchen/living room was only about 300-400 sq feet total, if that and had just one small love couch which was basically in the kitchen- no table, no other seating. The bedrooms were really nice though and it was very clean.

Location and price for 3 bedrooms were 10/10. Only reason we gave it 4 stars is the layout isn’t really convenient for a large group as the family room is effectively the kitchen also. But, if you are just looking for a great place to sleep that is close to 12 south then this is the spot.

Very cozy rooms, many shops nearby, neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling, and host was very responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our extended stay as our flights were severely delayed. Thank you, Will!

This is a beautiful property located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Just 10 minutes to the chaos of Broadway, but you return to a quiet oasis. Just a 5 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend if you want to party on Broadway, but sleep in peace. Great coffee service provided by the owner.

HOT Nashville - cool place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great - able to walk to shops/restaurants and was an easy Lyft ride to the craziness of Broadway. Lovely neighborhood. The host was friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The other reviews are accurate. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. While I only used one of the two showers, the water pressure was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. This might seem like a random comment, but it was the universal feeling from my family!

Perfect for a Weekend

We stayed in this property for a long weekend. It was exactly as described and provided what we needed to have a place to lay our heads after a busy day! William provided several small touches and clear directions that are often missing when staying at a property. Absolutely recommend this for a Nash stay!

Wonderful location and host

Going to a conference at Belmont was so simple from this property. Blocks away allowed for a simple and pleasant walk (the neighborhood is stunning). We could also easily walk to the downtown section of Belmont for food and shopping. The property manager was super communicative and so kind in our exchanges. Having two full baths was so nice for three adults. The house is small but accommodating. Three good size bedrooms. Sitting area is a loveseat only. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels
 and awesome water pressure!!! 15 min uber ride to Broadway in downtown was quite simple too. I’d definitely stay here again.
