We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely spacious, had everything we could have needed (and more) and the bed was comfortable! And the kids really enjoyed the pool! Host was also very communicative and helpful.

Rocky Point family trip

We had a great time. This was our favorite place we have stayed. Beach chairs were a plus. We will book again in the future.

We had a great time at Las Palmas. The property was walking distance to the beach and had pools and waterslides for the kids to burn some energy

We enjoyed the accessibility to the Taco stand, coffee and juice stand, multiple bars, restaurant and small store. It is also in walking distance to shops and other restaurants. The beach was clean and not crowded for Spring Break.

Very accommodating for kids and families.

Wife loved the different pool options and slides for the kids. Slides and pulls were close by as well as restaurants. Wife enjoyed the message though the facility.

The property was well kept but some maintenance issues were a bit behind. It is a good and comfortable space and really an easy walk to the beach. Parking was good too.

Great Property!

This property is exactly how it's described - clean, great layout, ocean view, and very convenient location. We had four adults and 2 teens and everyone was comfortable. Tom was also very responsive and responded to questions immediately.

I loved our unit it had everything we needed, kitchen was very stuck, it was clean, ocean view with great large balcony. Property was great for kids 9 and 3 yo. Had two large slides and one small slide. Separate adult pool overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe due to security guard being on duty 24/7. We had a great stay and I will def stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s Las Palmas condo. It was great for our family of 6. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Tom was a great host. Easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The only problem we had was with the resort, they closed the pool for two days of our stay. The kids were disappointed, but we were able to play at the beach or it would have been two very long boring days. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to make this an annual vacation!

The room layout was nice with a nice view and many amenities were provided from the kitchen and going to the beach. The mattresses were far to hard and the AC in the west bedroom made a constant squeek and rumble noise. I got very little sleep for the four days but I'm a light sleeper. We had a nice time and the grandson and his parents liked the kids pool.

Very Happy

The place is super clean and very spacious, I loved the place everything that we need is within reach, we enjoyed drinking the complementary coffee, and I think it's much better if I will also get text messages regarding the doorlock code and some other reminders incase i don't get the info from the website. Over all are really great and I definitely will come back.

Very happy with our stay.

Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. The resort had wonderful pools for the whole family. Water slides for all and an adult only area which was very nice. Thankfully, enough beach chairs for all of the adults, and a wagon to get those and all of our items to the beach, all provided. There was also an insulated bag to keep drinks and food cold. We also had beach towels. All of these items were very much appreciated. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, and room for everyone. There was a nice private area just outside our sliding glass doors which included a sitting area, as well as table and chairs for eating. We were able to text or call anytime we had any questions and we had prompt responses. We will keep this place in mind for our funture vacations.

Property was better than we expected! the photos do not do it justice. We had plenty of space to accomidate 5 Woman. It has everything you Family and Friends will need to have a blast.
