À seulement 25 miles de Jordan Hare! IdĂ©al pour les week-ends de jeu Auburn!

Orientation ouest avec de magnifiques vues sur l'eau libre. Cette unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains a été entiÚrement rénovée et comprend un lit king-size, un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit queen-size pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement! Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, WiFi et un bordereau de bateau dédié!

Ce condominium est situé dans un immeuble récemment rénové, une nouvelle piscine privée au bord du lac, une plage de sable privée et un pavillon au bord du lac ont été ajoutés en avril 2019. En plus du lac, de la piscine et de la plage, nous avons également des planches à pagaie et des kayaks à votre disposition!

Idéalement situé à l'intérieur de la communauté fermée Stillwaters, il y a plusieurs restaurants et marinas dans la proche vicinty.

D'autres unitĂ©s disponibles dans le mĂȘme complexe en font une excellente occasion pour les grandes rĂ©unions de famille!

We had a relaxing stay. The area was quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores were only a few minutes away. Very convenient.

From the gated entry to the winding tree lined blacktop roads the approach to this location adds to the excitement. This property is waterfront with gorgeous sunset views and heated pool overlooking the water is private to the building unit (6 units in the building) and we had it to ourselves. Kayaks are in decent shape with some wear, inflatable standup paddles boards in excellent shape. Inside, the polished cement floors, quartz countertops, and beautiful bedding adds to the ambiance. At first glance the property is clean, however the stairs - drawer under the stove - and refrigerator could have used more attention. Our two boys had a wonderful time at the property and we are so appreciative of the excellent space and communication provided! The local neighbors even invited us to play pickleball!

Beautiful View in a great location

We traveled to Lake Martin to look at homes for sale. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and great view of the lake. The bench on the dock was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Perfect central location close to town and good restaurants.
