Située dans une crique calme et boisée, notre communauté est nichée à côté du magnifique ruisseau Rottenwood, qui se promène paisiblement dans la rivière Chattahoochee. La nature abonde dans ce cadre rustique, et pourtant elle vous offre toujours les commodités de la vie en ville. Nous sommes à quelques pas du Battery & Suntrust Park avec une pléthore d'options de restauration et de divertissement, mais tout aussi proches des eaux tumultueuses et des sentiers tranquilles de la rivière Chattahoochee. À quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Atlanta; juste à l'extérieur du périmètre avec un accès facile aux I-75, I-285 et 400.

This place was absolutely perfect! I have stayed at many VRBO‘s in Atlanta at this by far exceeded every one of them. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I’ve already booked my next stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside! My son and I were in town for a conference--most of our group stayed at a hotel but we really appreciated having separate bedrooms and bathrooms! The apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Check in/out was super easy. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. We are planning to return for the same conference next year and hope to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Baseball tourney getaway

With its central location 2 hour game locations, this was a great place to stay for the week and was a pleasant departure from staying in a hotel for the entire event. Clean with comfortable beds and the full kitchen which we certainly utilized.

Great location and beautiful property

Everything was as advertised! Easy check in. Safe location. The actual rental was clean, spacious and very comfortable! The grounds on the property were wonderful - pool, fitness facility, tennis courts. Close to so many things. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect location, perfect apartment!

Could not have been better! Central to shopping, food and Atlanta in general. Great apartment, with lots of space and everything you might need for weeks on end. Loved it and will definitely call to see if available whenever I come back which will be several times a year.

Best VRBO ever!

I can’t say enough good things about this property- beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, adorable, safe & quiet neighborhood which is super close to Truist Park & tons of great restaurants. The host was so accommodating & attentive as well! We regularly attend Braves games and I definitely plan on booking this property for our future visits- it’s the best!!

The apartment was great. Very clean and just as pictured. The only complaint I would have would be there were no washcloths. Plenty of towels but no washcloths.

Clean and comfortable place. Excellent communication! Please if you see this as the owner, tell me what brand pillows are in the master ! They were the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid on! As someone with neck and back problems I truly appreciated the comfort!

Clean! Clean! Clean!

This property could not have been in a better location for all that we wanted to do. So close to Truist Park, which was the primary reason we were there. And we never traveled more than 20 minutes to the other places we went, like the High, Lego Discovery, and the botanical gardens. The apartment was super clean and VERY well appointed. I could not imagine anything else we could have needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfect Location for EV Drivers

I chose this stay based on the balcony's image and closeness to our planned events. Unfortunately, the unit was located on the lowest floor and the balcony was full of spiderwebs and insects and was not clean enough to enjoy (not as listed-photographed). The property was very clean and spacious. It was stocked with plenty of household items to use during our stay (towels, throws, tissue, soap, laundry & dish pods, etc). The pool was very close to the unit and clean. The area is quiet and safe and close to EV charging stations!

Family Get Away

We had a pleasant stay for the most part. The only things I would have liked to be different is that the unit be on the main walk-in level instead of the lower ground level. The master bedroom should have a king size bed instead of a queen. The person above us was a bit heavy on their feet late at night and early in the mornings, but thats expected with apartment living. We would book a unit here again.

Highly recommended

Very nice,clean. Quiet .Gym and pool nice. Used business center which was a nice convenience. Great interstate access to go to various parts of Atlanta. 5-10 minute drive to Cumberland mall and the Battery. 5 minute drive to Cochran Shoals, entrance to 800 acre national park with walking trails along the Chattahoochee river.
