Little Island Pearl

Have you been dreaming of a get away in the Florida Keys in Key Colony Beach.
A little piece of heaven with a brand new renovated half duplex home right across from the Cabana Club.
Great outdoor space with a Tiki Hut, big BBQ station and a dock which can hold a boat up 25 to 30 feet in length. For the avid fisherman there is a bait freezer outside under the homes tiki hut. Also corn hole board games that have been added to the home.
Dock has filet table for after being on water all day fishing you can clean your fish right outback of the home with water and lighting.
Home also has an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after being on the water and laying out in the back yard.
Home can sleep 4 to 6 people with plenty of room and a sofa bed.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. As of April 2024- all bed mattresses have been replaced.
Home also has an indoor laundry.
Property manager will send you an email three days you arrive to get into the home and her cell number.
City is very strict on the amount of people in the home during your stay. If you bring more than what is limited in the home they will be asked to leave.
Please stay safe and enjoy the home.....This home also has access to the Cabana Club during your stay. The passes will be at the club before you arrive.
Enjoy your time in the Keys.....it is beautiful here!!!

We have stayed at this lovely house before! Thoughtfully decorated, clean, updated, perfect for our group of three. The backyard is so pretty with ‘grass’, tiki, beautiful palm trees and plenty of seating and lounging. It was our favorite spot to have morning coffee and meals.Additionally, Megan (host) was so patient and super helpful when the platform I was using glitched. She worked quickly with me to resolve a billing issue. Would definitely stay at this location again :) !

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We had THE BEST week staying at the Little Island Pearl! The location was amazing and all the neighbors were so friendly. We rented at boat and kept it out back, enjoyed evenings cooking out and relaxing. We walked over to the Cabana Club a few times
our kids loved the pool! The food and drink service was fast and delicious! We will definitely be back!

Great family spring break

Good place for us and our teens the inspiring break to explore the food and fun of the keys. Walking distance to Cabana club for pool/beach. Lovely backyard for meals outside and family time together. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Family time

It was a great experience overall. We loved the back patio area and being able to park the boat right at the house. The twin beds were shorter than expected and our twin boys’ feet hung over the edge, but our days were so full that they didn’t really complain and slept well. We had trouble with the bikes, but the maintenance guy came out and fixed the em to make them rideable. The trash didn’t get picked up, but we were there for two cycles, so it made it out on the second cycle. Overall, we would recommend

Was perfect!

House was just what we were looking for - clean, beautifully decorated, updated. Backyard tiki over dining table was like having an extra outdoor room. The turf lawn was very soft. A couple of questions were promptly addressed by property manager. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Best Family Vacation

Loved this house and definitely will return! The location is perfect close to everything! The house was clean & beds were comfortable. Backyard was paradise and was private. My son loved being able to walk out and fish off the dock. We also had manatees that visited the dock. Loved the cabana club acces that came with the house.

A Charming Retreat in Key Colony Beach

We had a delightful stay at this duplex in Key Colony Beach. The outdoor space was absolutely fantastic, offering a serene escape where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The decor inside was tastefully done, creating a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Our host, Megan, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She made the booking process smooth and was readily available to answer any questions we had. However, there were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. The two twin beds provided were uncomfortable for our college-age children, and the bed in the master bedroom felt smaller than advertised (queen size), which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, upon arrival, we noticed mold/mildew on the AC units, which contributed to a musty smell throughout the house until we thoroughly cleaned and deodorized them. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did detract from the overall experience. Overall, despite these minor issues, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort put into making the space welcoming. With some attention to detail on the beds and AC maintenance, this duplex has the potential to be an exceptional vacation spot.

Wonderful property

Property was perfect for our family of five. Backyard was spacious and on a beautiful, quiet canal (with manatees!). Cabana Club was a few minute walk for swimming in the pool and at the beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Small playground within walking distance. Touch keypad was temperamental. Master bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle.

Nice Vacation

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean. Cabana Club access is a big benefit, used it quite often. Highly recommend. Side information: Master bedroom has a very soft mattress. Would rent again!

Located in a great spot and house is adorable. Backyard on the canal was perfect for us. Brought our boat and had easy access in and out.

Perfect Keys Get Away

Checking was extremely easy. House was perfect! My husband, myself, niece, and my toddler stayed here and it was perfect size for us. The backyard with the tiki area was phenomenal, not to mention that we were able to dock our boat right out back also. Every morning we just sat outside, ate breakfast and my son just played with his trains. I had to contact Megan once while staying there, she was extremely quick to respond and beyond helpful. 110% would stay here again. Everything was beautiful from the house, yard, and neighborhood.

Super Clean/ Comfortable

We found this location, place, area, etc. to be very nice and we loved the atmosphere. The master bed was our only bad review, it is too old, used, and sagging too much in the middle which made it very uncomfortable to rest in. The place was well equipped, cold air, quite neighbors, and nice dock, but could use a ladder on the front side instead of the side to get into the smaller boats. The key pad gave us some issues, guess the battery died, so we had to lock it and exit the back when leaving and use the pad lock access key to enter. All is good, we would gladly stay again. Thank- you!

The Little Pearl

This was a lovely home in a lovely location. Very clean. Loved the backyard and canal. Would love to rent it again for the same time next year!! Or sooner!!

Family Vacation

The Little Island Pearl is beautifully decorated, clean and well organized. Megan was very responsive and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The included Cabana Club acess was a great perk that we used almost daily. I highly recommend this home and the hosts! Thank you!

Excellent property manager

The location is very convenient to Havana Jacks and Cabana Club, short walk. The best part of my two month stay was having a property manager who took care of any little or big issue immediately. A big thank you to Megan!

Everything was great.

Very clean and well appointed. The Cabana club was within walking distance and great place to hang out. Several restaurants with in walking distance. We also had a boat for the week and the dock was perfect.

Great week in Key Colony Beach

The home was perfect for us. One of the bedrooms has 2 beds, which is something we look for having 2 teenagers. The home has been remodeled and they did a wonderful job. The outdoor seating area is also wonderful. We launched our kayaks and paddleboards right from the dock everyday and enjoyed the time on the water in Key Colony. What was especially great was there was plenty of ground to cover without having to be either on the bay or the ocean if you didn’t want to be. We don’t have a boat nor did we rent one, but obviously a nice bonus to be able to dock your boat as well. We also used their bikes to bike around town. The town has a walking/ bike lane. We went to the basketball court as well so our son could shoot hoops. Great park there for younger kids. We also played the 9 hole golf course. Perfect course to walk and have fun. There was also the bonus of being able to use the Cabana Club, as a guest. which is in walking distance. We used it a few times to relax on the beach and have a smoothie. Marathon is very close so we were to Publix within minutes as well as taking a boat trip. We also enjoyed a great dinner one night at the Island Fish Company. We mostly cooked our meals and had a well stocked kitchen with a nice dining area or enjoyed meals outside. Another must do in Key Colony is to walk down to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset. Gorgeous end to a fun day. The local residents are welcoming and sing a song (they have song sheets for vacationers who want to join in) after the sun goes down. We will be back! Great location, clean, and the host is friendly and thorough in communication. Thank you for a great Keys getaway!

Canal front tropical retreat

Great place to relax and do some fishing and enjoy the local restaurants and bars Central To all in Marathon And a nice drive to Key West for the day highly recommend this lovely canal front retreat
