Situé sur la Mar Menor Golf Resort la villa est idéale pour les familles et les golfeurs. 4 chambres 3 salles de bains avec une salle de bains, il peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. La propriété dispose de deux chambres doubles dont une située au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que deux autres chambres à coucher avec lits jumeaux. La chambre double au rez-de-chaussée est située près de la salle de bain en bas avec douche. La villa est idéale pour la vie en plein air avec une grande piscine privée de 8,5 m et un grand jardin. A proximité du centre de la station de golf de Mar Menor avec accès aux magasins les bars / restaurants. Une voiture est pas indispensable mais conseillée si vous souhaitez explorer l'extérieur de la station ou si vous êtes au golf sur l'un des cours Jack Nicklaus conçus. Wifi gratuit et télévision par satellite au Royaume-Uni, y compris sky sports et BT sport. Air conditionné et Wii disponibles pour votre plaisir. Le Mar Menor Golf Resort bénéficie d'une sécurité 24h / 24 avec une entrée sécurisée aux deux entrées ainsi que des patrouilles de sécurité sur place.
Pour les séjours de moins de 7 jours, des frais de nettoyage de 100 GBP seront ajoutés.

From the start the host, Liam, made this booking really easy and the villa is just fabulous. The location on Mar Menor is just about as perfect as it can be, quiet and a large outdoor area. The pool was heated to our surprise, and it meant we swam every day which was amazing with slightly cooler weather in November. The villa is huge and had everything we needed including massive comfy sofa and great beds. We've already said we are coming back in the summer. Great stay and great villa!

Family stay

Great sized property. Could do with some decoration works and upgrading but was more than adequate for a short family holiday. Liams. Communications prior to visiting and throughout our stay was excellent as was Terry the key holders. We will definitely visit again in the future.

A great property to stay in...

More than enough room for 6 adults, with bathrooms for all, handy location to most of the area, even walkable to the nearest restaurants (20 minutes- enough to walk off the drinks). Large spacious plot to lounge around in, quiet so no disturbances so good for a lie in. Good amenities with dishwasher and washing machine, however wait till the warmer weather before jumping in the pool, much shrinkage was to be had.

We have had a fantastic week in this villa, family holiday (9) 6 adults and 3 children, we lived the large garden and pool which we were never out of, the surrounding area is lovely we great restaurants, recommend the Italian, large communal pool also on the complex, very friendly staff, we had a fabulous holiday and will return again

Golf trip

This property was ideal for our group of 5. Plenty of space within the villa with everything required for our stay. Neat and tidy with a great pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Handy supermarket on site and a great selection of restaurants nearby. The golf is great too. Managed to play 6 different courses all within a 40 minute drive. Would certainly recommend this villa and may well be back next year

Great location and facilities. Nice to have extra little bits of herbs, salt, sugar etc which all helps. The external area is a little tired and needs some investment but perfectly functional. Would be useful to have perhaps a small stock of toilet rolls and kitchen paper at very low cost. We had a great time and

Overall we found the villa to be a great place to stay for a family, there were just certain things that affected our stay. When we first arrived the aircon in the main bedroom & twin room next door wasn’t working at all, this affected our sleep for the first night, once we messaged the property manager she got it sorted, however when the engineer came we were told the property owner was aware of a leak within the system and it needed re-gassing on a regular occurrence, this lasted 2 days before it stopped working again. This affected our sleep again. There was also a line of urine down the side of the toilet in the main bedroom which hadn’t been cleaned. The cleanliness could be improved within the villa. The complex around the villa was very clean & safe.

I will speak to the cleaners regarding the cleaning and let them know the issues you mentioned Apologies regarding the air conditioning. The same engineer told me in July that it would last until the end of august. However I did order new units which are being fitted today just in case they didn’t but was unaware they were not working as none of the previous guests had mentioned anything to me or the property manager. If you had asked for them to be re gassed again then he would have come to do it. He may not have been aware it was only lasting 2 days and neither was I in which case I would have had the new units fitted earlier. Regards Liam

Nice Family Villa but cleaning needs to be better

The villa was perfect for our group. The pool was lovely and the heater was a great addition to the property and allowed us to use the pool even though the weather was cooler. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were comfortable.Our main issue was the cleanliness of the property which was addressed swiftly when I messaged the owner. Pet hairs were everywhere even though the property doesn’t accepts pets. The microwave and airfryer were full of dried on food. The pool area (not the pool itself) was messy and should have been tidied before guests arrived. We were really grateful the owner was responsive and dealt with our concerns with a generous goodwill gesture

Lovely holiday

Really good communication at all times. If we had a problem Terri was quick to try and solve it. I'm not sure if the whole villa is having an update the same time as the extra bedroom is being built but it would be nice if it had a freshen up as the kitchen is looking a little bit tired. Just a suggestion which I think would enhance the appearance of the villa immediately is to throw away all the tatty false flowers... that aside the pool and garden was amazing and we all had a lovely time and would definatly return again.

Wonderful Family Holiday at the Mar Menor Golf Resort Villa

We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at this beautiful villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this spacious and well-appointed property. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the villa easily accommodated our family. The layout was perfect, offering both privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, with its en suite and large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, was a favourite spot for morning coffee. The additional rooms provided plenty of flexibility, especially with the twin beds that could zip together for couples. The ground-floor double room was a thoughtful touch for family members who prefer to avoid stairs. The outdoor space truly made our stay memorable. The large 8.5m private pool was a highlight for the kids, who spent hours splashing around, while the spacious garden provided ample room for lounging in the sun. We loved the convenience of having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance; it made for easy outings without the need for a car every day. Exploring nearby Los Alcázares was a breeze, and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches and vibrant promenade. The local beach bars offered delicious food and refreshing drinks, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The villa was well-equipped with free Wi-Fi and UK satellite TV, which kept everyone entertained during downtime. The air conditioning

Brilliant villa with an amazing garden pool

Loved this property. Great location, very clean and all a family could ask for. Great pool which suits kids and adults. All the sport on TV you could wish for along with lots of movies. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in all rooms. We will definitely visit again and Liam and Terri couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 from me.
