Trois chambres à coucher, salle de bain principale avec son et ses comptoirs en marbre, lavabos et ses placards, douche à l'italienne et grande baignoire, salle de bain d'invité avec baignoire et douche et bain de piscine. Chambre avant avec bureau peut être utilisée pour les personnes dormant supplémentaires avec matelas pneumatique. Salon voûté de 14 'avec étagères construites sur mesure avec éclairage encastré. Ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les pièces. Plafond de cuisine haut avec étagères suspendues intégrées et armoires en érable avec comptoirs en granit. Le salon a une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur la piscine et un double ventilateur de plafond. Chambre à coucher principale a une porte française face à la terrasse de la piscine. L'entrée a des portes doubles en verre, des colonnes à l'intérieur avec un sol en carreaux incrustés. La salle à manger et le bureau face à l'avant de la maison sont parfaits si vous avez besoin d'utiliser le matelas pneumatique. Frais de nettoyage augmentés pour les séjours de 4 semaines ou plus.

This house was terrific. The pool/hot tub was great, as was the back patio! Very comfortable stay for our family of 6. There is no beach view. FYI the backyard/patio area overlooks a canal, not a beach.

Appreciated the heated pool, and the hot tub got hot very quickly. Pool alarm was a bit discouraging and while it was low 70s some days where we would normally open the doors instead of having the air on, the alarm made that impossible, so the idea of Florida indoor/outdoor living was not a thing. Clean, no issues with anything while there. Would rent again. Listing is inaccurate in terms of bathrooms, it lists 1 in master and 1 pool access with only a toilet. There is actually a third bathroom with full tub/shower. Pictures show it but listing does not. May want to update that, as its more of a positive than what is listed, but could deter people if only looking at listing and not paying attention to the pictures closely.

We came for a week of total relaxation. It was all that. Pool was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was so comfortable. The pool guys came on Thursday- great guys- very friendly and fast in doing their jobs. Close to everything so there’s always something to do but also was a great place to just be. 5 out of 5 stars! Would definitely stay again

Very beautiful home with a great pool. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the management was very accommodating during our stay. The bikes, beach toys and coolers were great to have during our stay.

Girls Trip 2024

Amazing home, pool, & hot tub

Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back!

Amazing Property

Such an amazing place to stay when in Cape Coral! House was extremely homey and welcoming when we first arrived. The home was really clean and was full of activities from sitting at the pool or hot tub, to having a bonfire and grilling outside. This house was perfect and I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to book this home!

We spent a week celebrating our 50th birthdays and lifelong friendships at Palm Breeze. The house is amazing! Everything was exactly as described and so comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely keep this property on our favorites list!

Palm Breeze Christmas week

The property is beautiful and exactly as depicted in the pictures. It has great amenities for a stress free vacation. The beach chairs, beach towels and the beach cart to haul all of it came in very handy when we went to Sanibel Island too. The property managers, Sandy and Les, were very welcoming and answered any questions we had during and prior to our stay. Our family had a great time here!

Lovely home! Spacious, clean and every amenity needed was present. Loved relaxing by the pool following daily wedding preparations. The weather was perfect…no rain! Our family has agreed we will be back.

Picture perfect

Always booking online makes you wonder what are you actually getting compared to the pictures you see. This placed lived up to everything and then some! It was so relaxing and refreshing! Anything you needed was minutes away. I would definitely come here again!

great winter getaway

Had a great time staying for a month this house had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 6 of us. enjoyed the outdoor area with pool and spa and plenty of room to sit and enjoy the outdoors. inside we found that the kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked many meals. The property was well maintained and very clean and the property management company was great to work with and responded within an hour when we needed a propane tank replaced. Great place and would not hesitate to rent it again.

A week in paradise!!

I want to think you for such a beautiful and relaxing house. My family had a wonderful time. Everything was wonderful. The pool was great. The house was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. I had to spend 2 days in the hospital but still had a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Florida. I know that we will want to return to this property again in the future. Great location. Sitting down by the canal was very relaxing. 5 stars all the way around.

Great holiday trip

The pictures of home are exactly what is there. Great location for my stay. In between both my families homes so easy commute to everything around. We hosted xmas eve dinner for the small family we have here in Florida and was perfect. It's equipped with everything you would need. The alarms on doors We had to get used to but Great if you have small children. You will definitely hear if one of them opens door to pool area. It was a great home and very well decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for any family/group of any age!

Christmas get away

First off, the house is AMAZING! We ESPECIALLY LOVED the pool and patio area! The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with lots utensils. Everything you need and more! Now-my complaints. The toilet in the half bath has issues. It wouldn’t flush right and then it did over flow and I was super excited to clean up a flooded bathroom on my vacation. They did get someone out to the house to “fix” it. It was a little better but still doesn’t flush right. Also, not a fan of the response time of the property manager. It would take days for them to answer me sometimes. I know, nothing was super emergent and I could have tried to call someone, but if I am paying a fee for the service, someone should answer me promptly. All this being said, we had an amazing vacation and were happy with the home!

Our team goes above and beyond to ensure that the home is clean for our guests, so thank you for that feedback. We apologize that the toilet in the half bath was giving you issues. There was a clog in the line, which we had the plumbers come out immediately after you had called us to report the issue, and the issue was resolved immediately and is no longer an issue. We only communicated with you through the VRBO messenger app, which is not for emergencies, so there is a 48 business hour reply-time. During guest stays, and for a quicker response time, we reccomend that guests should reach us directly via phone call, text, or email as it outlines in the welcome packet. We greatly value your feedback and are always working on improving as hosts. We enjoyed hosting you and. hope that decide to return again soon!

Vacationers Beware

The home layout & pool were amazing. This home was very clean. We had a 8 day stay & on the afternoon of day 5 the house plumbing began to backup & the toilets wouldn’t flush. I called the property mgr & her response time was adequate, 30-45 mins later. She had a hard time finding a plumber to respond after 5:00pm. When she did find one of course they were going to charge “after hour” rates. At this point we couldn’t flush toilets & we had a party of 7. The property mgr called me asking if the plumber could wait till morning to come out to save some money. I was less than impressed at that moment as we had paid over $3000 for the rental and couldn’t use the toilets or shower. When I told her an emphatic “No” she did send the plumber out. The plumber arrived around 9:00pm. After assessing the problem he went to his van & returned stating that he could not complete the job no one would pay the bill. Plumber left, I called property mgr & she eventually got him back out to fix the problem. At this point, I felt like things needed to be made right for such an inconvenience & stress added to vacation. Day 6 went well. Day 7 toilets wouldn’t flush again. We left property early. We were done. After leaving an entire day early & dealing with the Day 5 plumbing issues I was told the owner would refund $300. I thought that was a little weak if they were trying to make things right. Still haven’t rec’d a refund as of today. Can’t change the facts. Beware!

Palm Breeze is truly a beautiful home and offers so many great features and amenities for guests- so we are happy that you were able to enjoy it with your family! We are truly sorry for your experience with the plumbing issue. This was since resolved and is no longer an issue here. We always strive to please our guests to our best ability, and it is unfortunate that the plumbing issue occurred very late in the evening and way past business hours. We were more than happy to pay the additional expense and emergency costs to get a plumber to you asap. The refund was sent and please keep in mind it may take sometime to reflect. We thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologize and appreciate your kindness to allow us to get this unexpected problem resolved and permanently fixed for future guests. Thank you!
