My wife and I really enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, and the pool/lanai area with outdoor kitchen exceeded our expectations. We cooked several meals outside on the awesome grill. Tom is a great host/owner and is easy to reach if you need anything. The neighbors are very friendly people and we always felt safe and welcome. If we had to mention anything negative, it would be that the kitchen could benefit from a new set of knives and cooking utensils for people who want to make most of their own meals in the house. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks Tom!

The house was great with everything we needed. It is well furnished, indoors and out. The pool and lanai are wonderful. It was also great to have use of the large garage. The neighborhood is great with friendly neighbors and is convenient to our favorite area attractions. Communication with the host was perfect. All in all a great stay.

The house is gourgeous and exactly as described. Checkin and out was super easy. Tom responded to any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. They even had a blowdryer with a diffuser in the master bathroom!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The house is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the house. It was very relaxing and even had bicycles. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. The host was very friendly , helpful, and fast at replying to our questions and needs. I would rate this house and the host higher than five stars. Everything was perfect. We will definitely love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend that you stay here for your vacation or just to get away for a long weekend, you won’t be disappointed.

This house is absolutely amazing. It’s by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The host, Tom was so nice and helpful also which is always a bonus. The pool, hot tub, and entire back yard area were very luxurious. The closet had a lot of pool floaties/toys so no need to bring anything for that. There were also some beach supplies such as two chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some beach toys. The house came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were also spices in the cabinet. You will still need to purchase some supplies (trash bags etc)We recommend a morning bike ride to Pelican park to see all of the owls, kayaking on the canal, and visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. We saw Dolphins at Captiva! Thank you, Tom! We loved the house!!!!

Perfect Cape Coral Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house was exactly as described (no really, the images are up to date and not 5 years old like others we’ve stayed at)—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. Communication with the host was outstanding; they responded quickly and were very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation!

Perfect Getaway

The property is very modern and very clean and could easily be used for a couple, group of adults, or even a couple families. Lots of near by local seafood restaurants, golf, and other attractions, but the property is hard to leave with a beautiful pool and great outdoor entertainment and cooking area. The owner was excellent to work with and answered any questions quickly. Already planning a return trip.

A Perfect 10!

Beautiful immaculate and very comfortable home. Everything was provided for a great stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. We loved coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the area.Easy day trips to Sanabel and Captiva from the property. Fantastic home!!

We stayed here for our anniversary and to be together on the 5 year anniversary of our oldest son’s passing. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place to just be together and this home was beyond anything we expected. It was so beautiful. It was close to our favorite places, yet allowed us to not leave if we didn’t want to, and just enjoy the pool, the view, etc
We cannot wait to stay here again.Tom was a phenomenal host!!

Relaxing stay for the enitre family

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the house & the pool. The house is away from the busy parts of town. It was very nice! The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. We did buy additional toilet paper & trash bags. But we never requested more and we have a family of 6 total so that's to be expected on our end. I called ahead of our stay to talk to the owner and he was very helpful in telling us where things were and where to find great food! The owners have thought of everything and for that we were very thankful! Towels, beach towels, beach cooler, fishing poles, bikes.... they have everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right utensils & cookware for dining in.... Everything was there and perfect! We will be back for sure! I highly recommend this property! Great for families and great for a couple.

Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!
