Escapade chalet magnifique avec sensation de cabine

Ce chalet de vacances idéal comprend 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, une mezzanine pour 4 personnes avec une table de jeu / carte pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 personnes et offrant tant de choses à offrir. Ce lieu de vacances est un chalet unique et magnifique avec une atmosphère de cabane dans un cadre isolé ressemblant à un parc, à quelques minutes seulement du plus grand lac d’Innsbrook, Alpine Lake, et à quelques minutes de marche de la fabuleuse plage du lac Kitzbühl. Profitez de deux suites principales au rez-de-chaussée, chacune avec salle de bain privée complète, une très grande mezzanine et une troisième grande chambre à l'étage avec salle de bain complète. Le chalet a une fabuleuse grande véranda, une terrasse et un grand feu de joie et un sentier de randonnée qui l’entoure. Innsbrook a de nombreux équipements à offrir, y compris club-house avec grande piscine, centre de fitness, concerts, lacs, golf, accès au terrain de basket, tennis et pickleball et bien plus encore. Ce chalet est un lieu de séjour idéal en semaine ou le week-end pour une escapade en famille, un week-end entre amis ou entre filles, ou si vous visitez un vignoble situé à proximité ou un week-end de mariage. Au cours de chaque mois, Innsbrook a programmé des activités optionnelles auxquelles les propriétaires et les invités peuvent participer, notamment de la musique live au Clubhouse la plupart des vendredis soirs de l'été et de l'automne - tous compris dans le séjour.

Family Back-to-School Getaway

Nice home, with plenty of space for privacy, and we enjoyed our Innsbrook experience. Kids really enjoyed pool and playground at the Commons, along with all the deer on the resort. Very nice.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The home is cozy and welcoming, obviously loved by the owners. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Definitely will stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Very nice place which allowed us to explore Innsbrook. Worked for us as a couple and is definitely well suited for a large family. Recommend use of plenty of bug spray if exploring the trails since the ticks are abundant this time of year.

Another great family gathering!

My adult children, their children, and my husband and me thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd annual mini family reunion at this lovely cabin. The kids love the toys and bunk beds and the adults love having a bathroom for each family. lovhaving a bedr f family.

Solid weekend getaway

Lovely chalet. Amanda was super responsive in getting us set up and booked in the pool and things like that. Innsbrook has it all! We were surprised to find the bunk beds were not in a closed room, but just on the landing, but it all worked out well in the end.

Beautiful Chalet

I happen to be a property owner in this development. We rented this for our overflow guests over the Memorial Day weekend. I can attest that this is one of the more well furnished and appointed chalets on the property. Innsbrook in general is a fantastic place to spend a weekend or more. We’ve been out here 24 years and love it as much as day one. You won’t be disappointed in this property or Innsbrook!

Loved our stay!

Wish we had more time at this property. The description online was accurate. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms everything you need, and the outside space (patio, deck, fire pit, driveway) all perfect and what you need. Tons of deer so be careful driving into the place and on roads near by. Couldn’t be more happier with our stay!

Our new favorite house!

We loved staying at this house. This is close to our 10th time staying at an Innsbrook property and this house is our new favorite. It's well built and a great setup for 3 couples. Each of the bedrooms has their own bathroom. The screened in porch is spacious and overlooked the woods. The high ceilings in this cabin were beautiful. Kitchen was spacious. The upstairs loft area was also a great size and not crowded if kids are joining you. They also provide lots of kids games in the loft as well. We hope to return soon!

The perfect location for a family vacation!

This home had everything we needed for a first family getaway with my children and all four of my grandchildren! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and we had tons of communal space for cooking, eating and playing!

Great house for a weekend trip

It was our first time at Innsbrook and we really enjoyed it! The house is very far a way from the entrance, club house, and the pool (about a 15 min drive). We were not expecting that, but it was fine. The house was great, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so lots of room! The deck looks out to the woods and it was nice. There was a few nails poking out on the deck, so shoes are recommended! The property is close to a beach- like a 5 min drive. Over all, a great weekend!

Highly recommend. First time to Innsbrook. Amanda was helpful with suggestions and responded to my questions quickly. Very easy to work with. Beautiful chalet with everything you need. Hope you don’t need to communicate with the outside world

Our family absolutely loves Innsbrook and has stayed there many times and previously owned a property there as well- unfortunately this experience was not a pleasant one. This property has almost 0 cell phone service and the house has no Wi-Fi whatsoever so if you want to get phone calls or watch movies via Wi-Fi or even communicate with your work you are out of luck here. I understand that is out of the immediate control of the property owners but they should be transparent about that in their listing. We have a family member that is under medical care and could not risk being 100% off the grid and I addressed this with the owners they basically told me tough luck and charged me full price even though we checked out within 20 minutes of arriving. Very disappointed.

This review is unfortunate and is a result of poor planning by the renter who expected a refund on the day she arrived because she claimed she did not have service yet communicated with me via the VRBO app the entire time. As you can see in our many 5 star review history, this review does not align with others. It is correct there is no WIFI at the chalet, which we have stated in the description and amenities listed under the VRBO site so that renters are aware. Unfortunately this renter did not pay attention and when she arrived, she messaged with questions in which I promptly responded. I explained that many renters leverage hot spots or their personal devices for service, and there are places on the resort property with WIFI if absolutely needed. My family personally uses Verizon and we have had guests at the chalet with AT&T and Sprint carries and know there is cell service so by no means is the property off the grid or inaccessible. I have worked remotely from the chalet many times using unlimited data from my cell service or a hot spot which provides internet access. In addition, we leverage that same service to watch movies or Hulu Live with our cell service data or hot spot, and have never had an issue. We have children and know how important it is for families to stay plugged in as needed. Unfortunately, there is no refund on a same day cancelation, especially on a weekend rental, as I am sure everyone would understand that would not lead to good practices and would be very difficult for owners to then open up their properties. When this renter checked out, she messaged me and said "...if you could do something it would be appreciated but it's not expected" to which I politely responded with options for service if needed, and that I was sorry she chose not to stay. It's unfortunate to see an owner like us penalized with an unfair 2 star review. Thank you to those considering our chalet and the Innsbrook Resort, it is a wonderful place that we love to share.

Perfect Family Vacation Getaway

This chalet was the perfect spot for our family of 10, vacation. The property was very clean and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, large table in the screened in porch and overall living area, allowing our large group to all hang out together. Amanda was fantastic to work with and answered all of my questions extremely quick. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions

The house is very nice and well maintained but there are a few things to be aware of. Everything in the house seems new and cared for and there are tons of games and movies for the kids. The most challenging thing we encountered there was a pretty bad horsefly problem. We had to dart from the house to the vehicles because they were swarming especially around dusk. I'm not sure if that is a seasonal issue or not but it was a problem. I got bit once and it got me pretty good. Again, not sure there's anything that can be done but if there's not it might keep me from renting there again. My wife booked it so it may be very clear in the listing but there was no wifi and pretty tough to get a signal. That wasn't a huge deal but it was a 4 night trip for us so I had hoped to be able to spend 30 mins or so a day online to make sure there were no fires at work. The last small gripe was that the property is 15-20 mins from the entrance. Guests can only enter/exit through the main gate so if you need to go to town for something or want to go to the pool/commons/country store add that to your travel time. Overall we had pretty small gripes except for the horsefly issue. That did impact the quality of the trip as we couldn't enjoy the firepit and deck like we had hoped. The host was absolutely great to work with so you'll have no problems there. If they can do something about the horseflies I'd stay there again for sure.

Thanks for the stay and review. We have the chalet professionally sprayed monthly by General Spray and haven’t had an issue with horseflies in the past, but we let them know about your experience so they can do some extra work around the chalet.

Great place to stay house was really nice

It was great just wish the store and restaurant was open also the pool bar and food was closed on Monday Tuesday which we did not know but over all it was great
