SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

We'll keep it simple - the apartment is beautifully located - a corner apt overlooking the beach and the Gulf with sunlight coming in nearly all day. Windows on west (beach/Gulf) and south keep it bright all day long for when you're in it. Beachplace Condo where apt is located is also a very well run, well maintained place-great pool, good gym, roomy parking,security, activities and friendly welcoming people. The apt is beautifully appointed and the owner was an absolute delight to work with. FINALLY - we are returning next year...should tell you all you need to know.

Very nice

The view is wonderful, the grounds are lovely, and the unit is very nice. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Loved all the stools which were easy to move and use where needed. Furniture was okay, but could be more comfortable. The wall art and decorating touches were well chosen. Heidi was very easy to communicate with. Overall, a very nice unit with a killer view.

Gulf Views!

We loved our condo! Best gulf view. Best beach view. Easy stroll to the beach and pool. NOT CROWED! Unit was in great shape, clean. Did I mention the view? Property was well kept. Pool was fantastic. Owner was great! Just loved it!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo. Everything you need is included and Heidi is a wonderful owner. The condo is spotlessly clean, quiet, and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The gulf views are phenomenal. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony! We would love to return!

Great Family Vacation

The condo and complex were beautiful and communication with Heidi was fantastic. We have stayed at several other properties on Longboat Key in the past and this is by far the best. Thanks Heidi for a great family vacation that we will never forget. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful location!

Great view from the condo, everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and a perfect beach just steps outside. Watch dolphins and manatees from the balcony!

A Dream Vacation

What could be better than staying in a beautiful clean well appointed condo with a breathtaking view of the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico? Nothing! I’m glad I waited to enjoy this stellar vacation.

Great Condo!

We had a fabulous stay at Heidi’s condo. The unit is beautiful and has everything you could want; fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and comfortable furnishings! She is very easy to communicate with as well. We will be back!!

Beautiful Beachfront Paradise

Beautiful and very comfortable condominium, with breathtaking views! Huge beachfront pool! We loved the beach service with chairs and umbrellas. Everything needed provided (you do need a pizza cutter lol). The water is such an amazing color. We saw dolphins and manatees about every day. Our favorite restaurants were Beach House and Mar Vista. Heidi was amazing to work with and left a very sweet surprise for us to enjoy! I hated to leave. We felt so at home and content. We will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing two weeks!

Return visit to Beachplace

We have stayed in Longboat many times since the mid 70s. We’ve stayed at both Longboat Key Club and Beachplace several times each & would have to say this newly redecorated corner unit is probably our favorite place yet. The interior is very nicely appointed & very bright & cheery. The view from the porch is stunning- fabulous sunsets. It reminds me of an elegant suite on a cruise ship- perfect size for a couple (a bit small for a family). I’ll probably return at this time of the year because the area is pretty deserted of travelers & too early for “snow birds”. We give it an A+.

Absolutely Beautiful with amazing views!

This was the first time the owners had rented this beautiful condo. The entire complex was clean and beautifully manicured. The pool and the Gulf were so close and clean. It was like having our own private oasis! We can't wait to go back!
