Offered by FL Vacation Connection, this fifth floor condo has views of the reflecting pond and fountain as well as a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the open lanai. Walk the beautiful grounds to the pool and club house, take a few more steps and you are on the beautiful beach.

This 2 bedroom condo offers an updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and a large open pass through to the dining room. Furnished with comfort in mind, this spacious floor plan is light and bright with new floor to ceiling windows.

Beachplace has everything you could dream of including gated 24 hour security, private beach access with chairs, club-house, fitness center, heated pool/spa, separate wading/children's pool, four har-tru tennis courts, elevators and a voluntary library where you can borrow books. Even a car washing station, EV Car charging station and BBQ grills (only at the pool area).

Great unit, great location, great amenities spells time to kick back, relax and enjoy Longboat Key!

This vacation rental is fully-stocked with linens, bath & beach towels. Pack light, as there is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

I've stayed at Beachplace many times and love the area. This particular condo was quiet, well-appointed, with lovely views.

Location Perfect and the property needs to be updated and carpet replaced in Master Bedroom ! Beachplace Team and Property Manager were great to deal with ! When we check in had to have maintenance come over for drain and toilet in Powder bath due to slow and filling up , same with master , they came over quick and efficent and fixed it all completely !

BeachPlace 4-503 (Nov. 2022)

Check-in process was quick and efficient. Dedicated parking space with extra guest parking if required. South facing unit has a nice view of the pond, pool and gulf. Can’t see sunsets from the unit, but a short 3 minute walk gets you to the beach for great views. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas available on the beach. Very large pool with plenty of seating, plus a separate kids pool and hot tub. Large, well maintained property, landscaping and maintenance work can be a little noisy during the day. The unit sleeps 4 and was very clean and functional. The furniture and beds were in good shape, kitchen is a little dated but everything works ! We were there for the month of November and the property wasn’t crowded at all. St. Armand’s Circle to the south is a short 5-6 minute drive away, and has multiple dining and shopping options available. Longboat Key and Bradenton Beach to the north also offer different restaurant / bar choices. A very safe, secure and clean vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again !
