Grande escapade dans ce chalet calme face à l'océan avec une grande terrasse orientée au sud sur 3 acres privés. Belles vues. Le chalet est à 600 pieds du rivage. Beaucoup de pelouse, grands changements de marée, banc de sable, observation des oiseaux et vasières. Un paradis pour les enfants à explorer. Les palourdes, la pêche et l'observation des oiseaux sont populaires. Un pass plage pour tous les parcs d'État du Maine (pour le chargement de la voiture) est inclus avec la location. Nous louons du samedi au samedi.
Également disponible, Internet sans fil haut débit et télévision câblée de luxe. L'établissement se trouve à 6,4 km de Popham Beach, à 23 km de Bath, dans le Maine et à 35 km de Freeport (L. L.Bean). trois chambres - deux chambres avec lits doubles et une chambre avec lits superposés jumeaux, grand salon, entièrement meublé, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, gril à gaz extérieur. Sur les appartements de marée avec amarres disponibles.

Great place !!!!!

This place was perfect. Everything you could need was there. Beds comfortable and all linens provided. The view from the living room window was perfect. Amenities were more than expected. Close to plenty of hiking,beaches and lots of geocaches for those who geocache.

Great Soot coastal Maine

Daughter and son in law and baby stayed at this place while wife and I camped nearby. Stayed nearly a week. House and property are lovely, great view. All necessary amenities are there, owner nearby, very nice, helpful. Thanks Jeff, full thumbs up from all of us!

Perfect home base for exploring

This cabin was a great home base for daily trips to Popham Beach. We also loved exploring the sandbars out front at low tide, hiking at Wilbur Preserve, and exploring Fort Popham and the public beach.

Wonderful hidden gem

We had a wonderful stay and Jeff and Lorrie were fantastic hosts. We enjoyed having easy access to Popham Beach and an easy drive to many other fun places to explore mid-coast. The state park pass was a big plus as well.

Beautiful view

Our family had a fabulous time here! The view is gorgeous, the house is perfect for a family of 4, and it’s very close to many of our favorite places, like popham beach! Hosts were very attentive and helpful, and the house was perfect.

First vacation to Maine

The house was well furnished with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed going to Popham Beach and the Bath Maritime Museum.

Great location for Popham Beach!

My family (2 kids - ages 4 and 7) was looking for a cottage to serve as a base for a week while we went to Popham Beach. The location was perfect for that, comfortable, and the view from the living room window was beautiful! The only downside was the mosquitoes made it difficult for my family to eat outside. But we understand it has been a very wet summer and it was clear the owner is doing everything he can to get the mosquitoes under control. It’s also an easy trip into Bath or Brunswick for lots of outdoor dining options.

Beautiful and Comfortable Property

Our group had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable, the property is beautiful and every day we drove 10 minutes to Popham Fort and Beach to swim, fish and eat. It was all very relaxing and would definitely come again.

Good for families, beautiful area

The property is clean and well equipped. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walks down to the end of the road, trips to Popham Beach and visits to Bath. This property worked well for us with two small children and a dog. Very enjoyable stay.

Calm retreat on the coast

The property was exactly as advertised - comfy, clean and quaint with thoughtful details of decor and amenities to make your mid Coast getaway relaxing and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the view of the water from the huge picture window as we ate breakfast or simply sat on the couch to enjoy the silence. Our dog also loved her home away from home!

Just right for our small family vacation!

Great location a short drive to an amazing beach! The beach pass is a huge perk as the per person entry fee is $6-8 per person per day. The house was clean, comfortable, and the owners were helpful when I had a check in question. I highly recommend this rental.

Great spot and nice cabin!

This is our 2nd year renting this cottage with 2, 13 year old boys. We love it, the cottage is clean and well equipped for the stay and the grounds are lovely. We love the view and to sit with our coffee at the chairs on the rocks above the water. Good central location to get to beaches and in town to Bath and Brunswick. Nice little hike at end of road at a conservation area. We will be back again.

Quintessential maine cottage

In the 30 years since my family has vacationed in the area, we have never relaxed and enjoyed it as much as this week. Hiking the area, watching clammers, and beautiful photos of fox and sunsets. Every little thing was provided from towels and linens to games and cookware. The bathroom renovation is so much better than the pictures. Home is comfortable and the property beautiful. The owners are generous with their space. Kids had plenty of space to play, run along the sand bar and swim while the adults cooked a plentiful lobster bake and enjoyed the views. Space for everyone. I especially appreciated the one level living for my elderly parents. For my first HomeAway stay, the bar has been set very high.

The perfect vacation cottage!

This cottage was perfect for my family. It is located off of a quiet dirt road, and it has the most beautiful views of the ocean and Popham beach. My family has been coming to Phippsburg for years for our annual vacation, and have been looking for the perfect rental that we could come back to each summer. We certainly found it with this gem of a cottage! It was clean and cozy and we felt at home immediately. The owners are kind and responsive, and we quickly reserved it again for the following summer. I highly recommend this vacation rental!!

Peaceful and serene

The location is perfect with views of the bay from the living room and large deck. It was such a treat to look out in the morning to see if the tide was out or in and the moon light shimmering on the water after dark was breathtaking. Between that and the proximaty to the beach, we found this to be an ideal location.Our surroundings were completely quiet all week with only one neighbor within site of the cottage. The kitchen and living room is a,mple in size and amenities. Though the bedrooms are on the small size they are adequate with dressers and closets in each. We would highly recommend this cottage for other renters.
