Avec façade sur le rivage et vue imprenable sur Round Cove, cette maison familiale délicieusement simple dispose de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et offre une cuisine complète, 2 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et sécheuse. Belle's House est niché entre le magnifique Rock Gardens Inn et Sebasco Harbor Resort, chacun à moins de cinq minutes à pied.

This is our 6th summer renting Marty and Brenda’s house! We absolutely love their cozy place and the location is fantastic, overlooking the ocean from their deck. Their house is close to so many great resources, including beautiful beaches, mountain hikes, tennis, and kayaking. Our lab loves hiking up Merritt Mountain and swimming in Round Cove afterwards. Both Marty and Brenda are lovely and kind-hearted hosts, and bend over backwards to make sure their guests have a positive experience. We cannot recommend more highly and we have already reserved for next year!

Marty and Brenda were excellent hosts! They treated us like family and checked in with us throughout our stay.The best part of this VRBO is the location. The home is part of the Sebasco Golf Resort and sits on a beautiful cove. The walks around the property were one of our favorite parts of the stay. The views were amazing! Our neighbors were incredibly friendly. Our dogs loved it. The 2nd best thing is how well-loved and cared-for this home is. For an older, multigenerational home, it has been exceptionally maintained and thoughtfully updated while still retaining its character.Before choosing this VRBO, we asked ChatGPT, “What town in Maine is in the best location for golfing and arts & crafts?” It recommended Phippsburg, and it did not disappoint!We played 3 golf courses in 3 days, with Sebasco being our favorite. Our favorite Arts & Crafts spots were Lisa-Marie’s (local artists), The Mix (supplies), and Halycon Yarns (Yarn).Our favorite breakfast: Winnegance. Lunch: Sisters Gourmet Deli. Dinner: Pomelia and Crabby Lobster (take and eat lobster!)A few minor things to be aware of: -There was a rattling sound in the front living room that seemed to be coming from the crawl space. -Bath is about a 20–25 minute drive for grocery stores and restaurants.-Finding Tottman Preserve was tricky because Google Maps directed us to the wrong location.Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would love to stay here again! There is so much left to explore!

Quaint Home with Beautiful View

Perfect size home for a small group (we had 5). Great location for day trips to Bath, Boothbay, Freeport, and more. Host is super friendly and attentive! We loved being able to take advantage of the Resort restaurant and grounds.

Love the location and Marty is a SUPER host

The property easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Marty is friendly and he is responsive within a very, very short period of time for questions or concerns. The location is close to Popham beach, Totman beach and many other locations, including Sebago Resort (a 5 minute walk), Bath and Brunswick. It is a no-frills house, but extremely comfortable. Our family has stayed there for a week 2 years in a row and intend to return for 2 weeks next summer.

Lovely House by the Sea

We really enjoyed our stay at Belle! It was a sweet house with a lovely history. The location was awesome as we were able to walk down to Round Cove every morning with our grand children. The house is located close to the Popham Beach, and an easy ride into Bath for supplies.

This is our 5th consecutive summer renting Marty and Brenda’s beautiful Maine house and we absolutely love it!! Their place is so cozy and comfortable and they always have it clean and spotless for their guests. Our kids love all of the recreational opportunities that the property and area provides and our Labrador Retriever loves the beautiful deck and Round Cove for swimming! Marty and Brenda are the most welcoming, gracious, and kind hosts and always check in to make sure that everything is going well with our stay. They offer to bring fresh lobsters right off their boat and they are the best in Maine! Their expansive yard and lovely deck overlooking Round Cove is the perfect spot for families to gather and our family relishes every single moment that we spend here…we can’t wait until next summer!

Great Location and Host

Great location on Round Cove and near Debased Harbor Resort. House is excellent and Marty is the best host! Only downside was the drought and water situation. We enjoyed our week and already talking about next summer!
