Great central location with easy access to everything. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a few steps. This was our first time in Canada and being so central made it easy to navigate. Hosts were responsive and helpful.Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, plenty of supplies of towels etc, lots of storage for suitcases. The enclosed balcony area was great. Access to laundry, BBQ area, gym, pool and parking downstairs were all great features.Bit limited on cooking equipment for those that like to stay in and cook a few nights - saucepans, cooking bowls etc. but that doesn’t impact our recommendation.Really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

This was a very comfortable stay for our family of three. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating, all the amenities had been thought of, the building and parking structure were secure, and the location couldn’t be beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! Wonderful apartment, perfect location, and fabulous hosts. Close proximity to central Vancouver, within walking distance of Stanley Park, Downtown, Gastown, Granville Island, and many other places of interest. We walked everywhere, including both to and from Canada Place with luggage. There are 2 supermarkets close by, and a great liquor store. We loved Elitza's gorgeous artwork which decorated the apartment. All amenities were included - even coffee pods for the coffee machine and detergent pods for laundry. There was some flexibility with the check in and check out times, which made for an easier stay all round. We would definitely stay in this property if we were to visit Vancouver again.

Our hosts were so accommodating and kind! The apartment was a perfect location for all our desired activities. The building security was very thoughtful, although the neighborhood felt very safe anyway. The size and layout of the apartment was just perfect. We even loved the excellent gourmet grocery store across the street! We hope to stay again.

The place is very clean and the beds are perfect for 99% of the guests. Some guests are just looking for anything to give you a bad review. One guest gave a low review because SOME of the kitchen knives were not sharp enough. Not all knives, but some of them.

Such great access to Robson and all of downtown with a subway station a couple of minutes away, but on a quieter street so sleeping wasn't a problem. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Great restos nearby.

Excellent location

This was the perfect base for the two of us to explore Vancouver. It is a great size, well equipped and a convenient walk to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants and nice grocery very close by. We definitely plan to return!

The apartment is nice and clean in a modern apartment building in downtown Vancouver. It was very comfortable and we loved the convenience. I also enjoyed using the lap pool for a workout. It is only one lane but it was empty both days I swam. Also very convenient to have a parking spot.Host communication was great and they were gracious enough to let us stay a few extra hours on checkout day.Would definitely recommend.

A bit of a mixup on check in - resolved and compensated. Always good to have a kitchen and laundry when on the road. Couch not so comfortable but the bed provided a good night's sleep. Location is excellent with all needs in walking distance including bike rental/tour - nice guided ride through Stanley Park. Groceries and prepared meals at Urban Fare just a block up Alberni - a must

Great property, grest location and a wonderful host. We were in Vancouver because of a medical emergency and this property was exactly what we needed. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoy downtown, the ocean and stanley park.

We had a lovely stay in Simeon’s downtown apartment! The neighborhood is a little noisy at night (for light sleepers) and downtown traffic can be intense, but we were pleased to have access to private parking for our rental car and especially to the building laundry room after a couple of weeks on the road! We found the bed/sofa bed (for our 8 year old) comfy for a four-night stay and the nearby grocery made for easy mealtimes. A few initial hiccups were quickly resolved and the hosts were responsive to questions.
