We are centrally located steps to trendy Gastown, restaurants, Rogers Arena, BC place, attractions, and Seawall.

Yes . Great location. We were there for a Canucks game. Would stay there again. Blinds need changing in the living roomand bedroom blinds need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have anotherLivingroom chair when there is two couples staying.The main bathroon needs some attention to the toilet. We certianly enjoyed our stay.

We were displeased with the condo . One section of the window blinds in the living room was broken and could not be let down. The window blinds in the master bedroom were broken and did not cover the complete window. The cooling system is two portable standing air conditioners with the piping going out the window. There is no air conditioning in the second bedroom; a standing fan is used. The bathroom has no air conditioning. After complaining we were given another standing fan. The sheets were dirty and were changed the next day. We were very disappointed that Vrbo allowed this property to be apart of there association. The pictures on the website does not show the current state of the property. We would not stay here again. Vrbo, this owner needs made some improvements in the things listed immediately!

Property looked much nicer in pictures. Floor boards were loose, blinds were messed up, plug in master bathroom did not work, no mixing bowl for eggs, and it was extremely loud due to the air conditioner units. There was only 1 kitchen towel for 5 days. We were all disappointed, thank goodness we were not there much.

Overall good stay with a convenient location in a fairly modern building. Loved the pool and hot tub. Downsides: water temperature at times was unbearable (only hot water for multiple hours making showers impossible). Portable AC units would fill up with condensation. Otherwise, it was a great location.

If you are looking for a big-city feel, then this site is appropriate. The site has a great view. Unfortunately, I didn't feel completely safe outside of the building, even at 10:00pm or as early as 5:00am in the morning. The site itself needs some updates. The security person was very helpful when I struggled to get the call to go through upon arrival. While the parking instructions are quite detailed, they are necessary in order to locate the correct level of parking. The broken/bent blinds, the plastic sheeting around the portable air conditioning unit in the back bedroom window, the inability to get cool water in the bathroom, the loose floor boards, are all things that I expect at this price point to not be an issue. I also was not prepared when I took the garbage down that I would need to have it separated. Providing instructions regarding what to expect, and providing separate containers within the unit would have been helpful. Again, this might seem picky, but at this price, and given all of the instructions we received about the place, I think it's the little things that matter.

The access to the building and to the condo was so complicated to learn many different codes in order to get into the condo, pool, parking and gym. When we first walked into the condo, it was so warm due to a falling apart air conditioner that was not hooked up to the window properly. I had to contact the host about it. The kitchen and master bathroom sinks only have hot water and no cold water came out from the faucets! No kitchen and sponge were provided for washing or drying off dishes! Two bedrooms windows have no blackout blinds when city lights were on everywhere at nighttime especially when there was an event going at the stadium or when the sun came up very early to bright up the whole bedrooms. Many crazy homeless or drug addicts hang around in the front of the building during the day and night.

Agree with other reviewers who noticed that the place was in disrepair. Shower fixture in need of replacement, torn throw pillow, damaged walls, bent and ruined blind in the back bedroom, some floor boards coming up. And the air conditioning is a problem, particularly in the back bedroom, because in order for it to work you need to keep the window and blind open, which exposes you to lights from digital billboards, and noise from traffic and SkyTrain very audible — even with ear plugs. Also location is adjacent to the Hastings blight. Walk 1 block and you will be confronted with truly desperate people, defecation on the sidewalks etc. Host was lovely and responsive to get light repaired in one bathroom, helping us with the fobs, etc. But the checkin instructions for using the garage fob were insufficient and caused us to think that the fob didn’t work. We also arrived to find the dishwasher full of dirty dishes, no means of separating recycle from garbage, and no liners in the bathroom trash cans. Linen and towel supply not generous and no extra blanket. If you like coffee, bring your own setup because only a Keurig is provided. Very good closet space and plenty of hangers was a plus. Good access to market, drugstore, transport. Very good Malaysian restaurant downstairs in the roundabout. Good secure parking and decent building. Basic and mostly functional accommodations but nothing elegant to be found here.

Rude Property Manager & Staff

We spent two glorious weeks in BC and absolutely love the friendly nature of Canadians. However, this stay was the only damper in our trip. The main property contact was rude and unhelpful, and the front lobby staff were equally in poor temper. The access to the parking was insane and is a clear indication of the less than safe conditions of this apartment rental. There are much better places to stay!

2 bd downtown condo

Really nice little condo. Great area and location. A little noisy with the LRT right below the unit, but overall a great place to stay. We went to a concert, and the venue was a short walk from the condo, and everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

A pleasant stay in Vancouver

Property is starting to look a little tired. E.g the air conditioning in the lounge was effective. Unlike the air conditioning in the second bedroom. There was no air conditioning in the first bedroom and it was overbearing as the outside temperature hit the mid 30’s. The shower head in the main shower room didn’t work effectively. Also shower light didn’t work. That aside the parking was very secure. We felt very safe and the accommodation itself was very clean. Note as with most major cities the local area has a problem with homeless people. In fairness they didn’t cause us any issues but walking at night made us feel uneasy.

Comfortable stay and excellent communication

The unit is well furnished, comfortable and very well stocked with all the essentials. Sara communicated with us prior to and during our stay and gave clear direction on what we needed to do for the check in/out process which was greatly appreciated. She was always available for any questions and answered them very quickly. Thank you Sara for making our stay so comfortable!

Great location and very clean, host was super helpful!

We had a great stay. This location was very clean and is just around the corner from the train station just 3 stops away from waterfront station where our cruise ship let us off. There is a drug store and Costco also very close by for snacks and drinks to stock your fridge during your stay. I would stay here again! We loved Vancouver!

Poorly maintained

The property is not as described. We had very warm weather in Vancouver and found out, when we got there, that both bedrooms were not air conditioned. We asked for another air conditioner and were told that the electrical circuit couldn't handle another air conditioner. The property itself was in poor condition and you could tell that the owner had not maintained it. We had to share the shower because the other shower head was broken. Location was good but the noise from the trains at night were loud especially because we had to keep the windows open because the portable air conditioner needed to vent. Vancouver is great. This location is not.

Great location, very close to Hockey and Soccer stadium. Easy access to public transportation to visit other attractions. Very close to SkyTrain station and Ferry stop. Dedicated parking space is a plus if you plan to rent and go further than just downtown. Owner is very responsive and attentive with detail instructions upon arrival and departure.
