NOUVELLE LOCATION !!! Conch Heaven est une maison de quatre chambres sur un canal avec un quai.

Heureusement, Bimini a été épargné des dommages causés par le récent ouragan affectant le nord des Bahamas
Cette nouvelle location de Port Royale 1680 pieds carrés sur un canal est à quelques minutes du ruisseau Bluewater Golfe, et à quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de Bimini.
Dockage est inclus dans le prix et une voiturette de golf pour six passagers est disponible pour 50 $ par jour
Le taux de location est de 500 $ par jour, minimum de trois jours, 3000 $ par semaine. Les vacances sont de 3500 $ par semaine. Les enfants sont les bienvenus, pas d'animaux.
Les activitĂ©s locales incluent un casino sur l'Ăźle du nord, des plages, du homard, de la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, de la pĂȘche, de la natation avec les dauphins et du kayak.
Pour le bĂ©nĂ©fice du pĂȘcheur, il y a une machine Ă  glaçons de 50 livres par jour sous le comptoir de la cuisine Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur

Had a wonderful stay Phil’s beautiful home in South Bimini. The house was comfortable and perfectly located. Huge thanks to the house manager, Jason, who was incredibly helpful and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Extremely responsive

Our group had such a great time. Phil and Jason were so responsive, kind, and helpful. The pictures of the interior don't do it justice. The flow through between the living room and kitchen were wonderful for our group. The bedrooms were very spacious. The ice maker wasn't working for us, but Jason tried everything he could to fix it. The dock was great for our boat. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great communication and helpful the whole time. Location is very quite and we had the beach almost to ourselves the whole time. Great snorkeling off the beach. Great place to stay and plenty of room for a big group and your boat('s).

Absolute dream vacay

We trailered our boat down to Dania beach and took it across to Bimini, whole process was super easy getting through customs checking in all went smoothly. The house is super convenient pulled right up to the wonderful dock carried our stuff right up, before we even got everything in jason the property manager was already checking in to answer any questions we had. we will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Bimini Trip

Stayed here for a week in July. House is great. Phil and his property manager are always available if you need anything. Also there is a 50lb a day ice maker that really comes in handy.

Great house- perfect for our quick getaway!

We came by boat, and the house was easy to reach. It was such a relaxing trip, and it was nice to have a huge dining room table for meals. The extra large washer and dryer was great for cleaning our beach towels. We usually took excursions by boat, but we used the golf cart to go to the beach one day. I definitely recommend this property.

This property is owned by the best guy you will ever meet. He was like a Dad who made sure we were completely taken care of. He is warm and inviting and was willing to go to many many lengths to assure we have the best stay possible. We will be back many times over and have referred him to all of our friends that travel to Bimini

Another Awesome trip

We stayed at Casa Desantis agin this year just as we did last year the same time. Phil Desantis and Jason are awesome to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need or wish for. The dock is perfect for several boats if needed We had numerous storms roll through this time and the canal were the house is located kept our boat safe and never had any concerns with it getting damaged. We highly recommend Cara Desantis for your Bimini stay

What a trip

For anyone looking to for an awesome vacation with the most beautiful house on South Bimini look no further than Conch Heaven! This house exceeded our expectations with all the amenity. The owner Phillip Desantis was great to work with and very helpful when we had any questions. He gave us in sight on things to do while we where there and the house had everything you could wish for. We would highly recommend Conch Heaven without hesitation. We are already planning a return visit to the same place

Nice House on South Bimini

Prior to arriving, the communication from the house owner was great. He gave us information about the house and information about Bimini in general including checking in process. He was very flexible with us with arriving and departing. When we arrived we met Jason, the property manager, who was very nice and accommodating. The house itself is very beautiful and clean. It has as very large open area with the kitchen, dining room and TV area which was ideal for cooking and entertaining. The house was very well equipped even with a small ice maker. It has a very large dock which can easily fit a couple 30' boats. We had a great time and am very pleased with the accommodations! I am sure we will return in the near future.

If you want to stay in Bimini, stay here!

This house has been our favorite so far - for many reasons! It far exceeded our expectations. Simply pulling up you get that feeling: “This is the house? Oh yeah!!” The four large bedrooms have very comfortable beds to crash into after a checking out the local attractions or fishing in the blue waters. Each had a separate a/c unit and fan, as well. The main living area has been well equipped for decent sized groups with 3 couches, a very large dining table, and massive kitchen (that allows for many cooks) with a big island to prep sushi, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans etc we needed to accommodate our meals. It’s clear the owner paid a lot of attention to both the details of making it a pretty place to stay AND a functional home for people crossing over. The house has a huge wrap around porch with seating to have your morning coffee or afternoon beer with a nice grill. He even has an espresso machine! The ice maker in the kitchen also came in very handy throughout the trip. The house had an option to rent the golf cart which we highly recommend! It’s newly reupholstered and allows you to explore Port Royal. It makes for easy trips to the beach for sunset and can seat 6. Phil was an incredible, accommodating host. He made himself available by phone if we needed anything at all. We will be booking again as soon as we can, we assume it will book it pretty quickly in the summer.
