Very good experience overall

The host Laurent is very communicative and comes to welcome us. The bnb is right at the old town so gets convenient access to everything. There is parking with a small walk 3mins which is not a problem. Note the flat is at second floor with stair access only so if anyone has accessibility issue needs to consider about. Very good experience overall, 2 bathrooms also a plus for a big group!

Beautiful apartment, great location

A beautiful apartment in a great location. We felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location allowed us to experience the best part of city within walking distance. Beautiful scenes of the city life and architecture outside of the windows. The apartment felt very secure and the check-in and check out process was smooth. We were missing it as soon as we left Annecy.

Great location in old Annecy. A walk away from everything. Beautiful woodwork inside and well equipped kitchen. It was a bit hot in the apartment with no AC even in early fall. It was not ideal to have windows open because you could hear the night life of Annecy. Overall great stay and we would book again.

Wonderful place, everything was great

It's a wonderful place where everything was great. The main office was about 200 meters away, which was a bit inconvenient, but since I didn't have to drive during my stay, it was fine.

Wonderful, well-appointed apartment. The location in center of old city makes access to restaurants, shopping, the canals and the lake easy. Ice cream is literally at the doorstep! Apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location. Host was very organized making checkin/checkout simple. We would definitely stay again.
