LAC WATEREE:

L'escapade parfaite au bord du lac pour toutes les saisons! Cette maison a un attrait trĂšs naturel et rustique. SituĂ©e sur un terrain joliment boisĂ© avec beaucoup d'ombre, la maison est recouverte d'un revĂȘtement de bois brut et a du bois sur les planchers et les murs Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Un grand salon spacieux avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et une cheminĂ©e. Une cuisine chaleureuse et accueillante avec un grand cellier.

La suite parentale est située au rez-de-chaussée, tandis que les 2 chambres supplémentaires sont situées à l'étage. Un terrain en pente trÚs douce facilite l'accÚs au lac et à la jetée.

La propriété se compose d'une jetée privée et d'un quai flottant, ainsi que d'une rampe à bateaux en béton pour lancer vos propres bateaux ou jet ski. Il y a aussi un hangar à bateaux couvert pour garder votre bateau à l'abri des intempéries si vous le souhaitez.

La maison est située sur une crique tranquille juste à cÎté du lac principal. Il est également situé dans une petite rue sans issue, donc l'intimité et la tranquillité sont presque une garantie! Une trÚs belle maison pour votre week-end ou vos vacances en famille!

We LOVE staying in this cozy cabin! It’s perfect for a lake get away. Me and my husband and parents always enjoy a long weekend fishing here every year! The owners are wonderful and communication is excellent! We will see you next year!

This was just the getaway we needed! Secluded, quiet, and the home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! We were able to fish, grill and enjoy priceless family time. The host (Deborah) was so very responsive and quite hospitable. Her phone call prior to check in was the icing on the cake! Will definitely be renting this home again in the very near future. The cabin is very comfortable - spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and nice living room. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch in the morning as we drank our coffee. We will definitely want to stay here again when we are in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very easy to access and walk around due to the flat areas which was important to us with aging parents with some disabilities. We enjoyed the cabin feel and how big the porch was to hang out and eat dinner overlooking the water. The big porch made it easy to have eyes on the kids at all times. Communication was excellent also. Will definitely be back!

Favorite Family Vacay

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times, and my kids love it! They enjoy the covered porch and swimming off the dock. My husband has a boat, and the boat ramp is nearby. I really enjoyed shopping at the antique stores and gift shops in Ridgeway. The house is clean, supplied with everything we needed, and the owners were accessible if we needed anything. We definitely hope to come back!

BEAUTIFUL LAKE CABIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We've rented many houses on Lake Wateree. This is the nicest house we've rented in this area. Even better, this isn't a house, it's a cabin, and very nice. It's spacious and very clean.It's two stories. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies overlooking the lake.The yard is immaculate, easy to walk around. There's an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, and a large porch. Beautiful views of the lake. My husband had some great fishing from the dock. The owner is a very nice person. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return. Mendoza family.

One of my favorites

The house and lot are a great fit for our group. We spend a lot of time on the water, but when it’s time to stop, we want to relax in the shade. Several boat launches are close by and the dock has plenty of room for our boat. Water depth can vary, so check with Duke Power for the latest information. Plenty of parking for your vehicle as well. Deer visit the neighbors each night at 3am, so if you’re staying upstairs and facing the yard, shut your blinds. Motion sensor lights may wake you up. I enjoyed the deer, but you may not. HaOwners are great. We have rented the home on multiple occasions and will be back this Fall.
