2 minutes from the beach!

Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, the room was clean, had all the essentials and the area was quiet for a weekend (which was great for us) we really enjoyed how close we were to the downtown and that we could walk anyehere. Very convenient. Would definitely stay again

This was a nice and clean VRBO. Great location near local shops and restaurants! Also, steps away from the beach! The host is super attentive!

Convenient location!

This room was a great location with a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach. Very well kept clean room. Perfect staycation for my partner and I. Would definitely return again for the price and convenience!

Although the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed for or brief stay. Quick walk to the beach and the restaurants. No car needed!

Great little getaway

Wonderful little place just a short distance to the beach and .3 mile walk to Ft Lauderdale by the sea. From the pictures we thought it was right on the beach, but you do have to cross a street to get there. Not far at all! Would definitely stay again.

One night stay prior to other stay

Stayed one night before checking into our other resort. Perfect location. Just be aware unit is located on the second floor with steps located on the exterior. In case you can’t carry luggage by yourself you may need assistance. Just two blocks from all that LBS has to offer.

Great location & clean room but small

Location was great and room was clean - my only complaint - which is my own issue - is that the room is very small and there is nowhere to put clothing or toiletries or anything. There is a table under the tv, but it's tight. There is a small closet for hanging, but no drawers. Even something as simple as blowing out my hair was challenging. But if the size doesn't bother you, location is great and it was clean and inviting.

One week reservation. We believed we booked a room with a kitchen. The proprietor showed me the VRBO reservation wherein we hadn’t. We met our neighbors in the room next door, who informed us of the same issue. The fan above the bed was filthy. We found pretzels loose under the bed. I texted Marjorie requesting a mop or something I can clean the floor with. No response, but soon after we texted because the television was not working. We received a call from her husband. He stayed on the phone..lIt was disconnected and we’re instructed how to have it up and running again. Finally, we stayed at this property because we had a wedding to attend. My husband left his suit in the closet neatly packaged in a suit bag. I received a text from Marjorie informing me of this. We were already hours into our drive home. She asked me to come back! I asked if she could please hold it until May 2 when we will return to Florida. Her response was she would hang it in the laundry room. Unacceptable. Just nothing expected. We knew there was no housekeeping, but we’re left with bare necessities, and would not recommend.

Great Location

We stayed two nights. The property is near a beautiful beach and close to restaurants. Very clean, minimalistic but with everything needed for a great stay. The owner was helpful and easy to work with.

checking in was a bit of a hassle , but once we did, it was a great experience from then on. clean room , and walking distance to beach.

Nice stay for few days

Overall, I had a pretty decent stay at this property. Perks include: easy access to property, free parking, and good location. The room we stayed in was on the lower level and we could hear the upstairs and side neighbors (very thin walls), however that did not bother us too much as we were out within the city / beach majority of the day! The room itself was average - bed was very uncomfortable, the sink was gathering water which led me to pull out the sink drain stopper and I was disgusted at how filthy it was. However the sheets, floors, and tub appeared to be clean and maintained appropriately. I enjoyed having access to a mini fridge, microwave, air conditioning unit, tv, and wifi! Location is wonderful as it is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. If you need a decent place to stay for a few days, I would recommend this property!
