Lake Murray Maison de vacances prĂšs de barrage avec grand quai flottant

Juste Ă  la sortie de North Lake Drive (SC # 6), Ă  800 mĂštres du barrage. À quelques minutes du centre-ville de Columbia, de Lexington et d'Irmo, cette maison bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un cadre trĂšs privĂ© sur un terrain de 5 acres avec une vue magnifique sur le lac principal. SituĂ© sur une crique protĂ©gĂ©e, la maison offre une magnifique vue sur le lac au coucher du soleil. Le front de mer comprend un quai permanent Ă©clairĂ© avec Gazebo et un grand quai flottant, une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau en bĂ©ton et un abri Ă  pique-nique couvert.

Ce salon spacieux comprend une grande salle, un grand coin repas et une cuisine. Il y a un porche de 42 pieds blindé surplombant le lac avec ventilateurs de plafond, salle à manger et coin salon. Il y a aussi un pont extérieur avec table de pique-nique et barbecue au gaz.

Host is very responsive. House is perfect for ours needs. Huge screened in back porch with a view of the lake. Plenty of room for our college kids to come over for a home cooked meal and we don’t have to stay in Columbia!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The lot was very private. The house was nice. The downstairs a/c unit wasn’t cooling properly and someone left the outside grill in terrible shape. Overall I would rent it again. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

Priceless Property

Best property on the lake!!! The cove is so quiet and private, land is well kept, owners are friends and delightful!!! House is clean, just an old school lake house. Screen porch is the BEST!! Bonus is having a boat ramp.Our family had a fabulous Fourth and we will be back!

We love staying at this property! This is our second year staying here. We had an crazy storm Saturday night that knocked out the power for a little while. Overall, we love staying here and look forward to it every year.

Perfect Lake Getaway

We drove in from Illinois for my daughter’s graduation from University of South Carolina. This home has amazing indoor and outdoor space. Beds were comfortable, furniture has been updated from listing pictures and was also very comfortable. Bathrooms on both floors were clean and spacious. I recommend this home for anyone looking to have a relaxing family vacation.we fished from the dock and caught lots of fish. If you are traveling with more than 4 ppl bring extra toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make home cooked meals! The screened in porch has a giant picnic table and great wicker furniture to sit and read or enjoy a bug free evening cocktail. We will definitely stay here again!

Wow!

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed home on a quiet street, just down the way from the dam and bait shop. The property is beautiful and green, with pine trees, dogwood, large dock, amazing views of the lake. Only a couple of steps to climb to the front door with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor made it readily accessible for my family. Owner is gracious and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Awesome lake location

The cleaning crew has the wrong date. When we arrived on our check-in date at 8 PM, the cleaning crew pulled up in a car behind us. They thought we were not checking in until the next day. They quickly got the house cleaned for us, and seemed to do a good job. I am curious if they would’ve been more thorough how they shown up earlier in the day.All that being said, the house is terrific. The location right next to Lake Murray would be phenomenal for a summer stay. There is plenty of yard and parking space with super great access to the lake. Plenty of space in the house for a large group. My only complaint about the house was the dripping showerhead in the upstairs bathroom. That made it a little hard to sleep until we came up with the way to silence it. The house is in a great location on the lake, and there’s easy access to the city of Lexington for Restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Views!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had two families stay, so the bedrooms with two upstairs and two down worked out well. Our kids loved playing in the yard and fishing in the dock. We would love to come back.

Amazing property

We had a great stay at Beekeeper Court for our son’s wedding. We enjoyed the huge screened-in porch and the beautiful lake views. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos. Owner was very responsive. The location is perfect and you are within minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and many different retail shops. We will definitely rent this house again.

July Fourth Week

We had a fabulous week at this property. Our most favorite feature of the property is the amazing screened in porch and large private cove. We spent a lot of time floating in the lake due to extreme hot weather. Having a boat ramp to put our boat in was also a major plus!!! Property is well kept. The house is very laid back and clean.
