Les plafonds voûtés en bois dur offrent une chaleur et une beauté incomparables à ce condo au deuxième étage, trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Avec le grand salon, la cuisine complète, les lits queen-size et la mezzanine avec un futon, cette unité est idéale pour les familles ou les amis. Imprégnez-vous de la vue sur les Caraïbes depuis les vérandas ou tout en vous relaxant dans la baignoire jacuzzi principale.

Faisant partie de la famille `` The Landings at Tres Cocos '', qui comprend des options supplémentaires d'une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, ce condo est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins d'un mile de la ville de San Pedro. Près des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment loin pour être calme et détendu. This is not a 10 out of 10 in its current state. The photo leads you to believe there is a usable pool just out your door with a sandy beach just beyond. The reality is that there is a massive construction project just feet away. The workers are there 24/7 living, cooking, doing laundry, hanging out on the dock in front of the condo and making it impossible to use the pool which is covered in construction dust beside the fact I do not want a minimum of 10 pairs of eyes watching me in my bathing suit. This is a shame because the condo is great. Spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the small balcony off master bedroom is unusable because of a bat situation and the long narrow balcony is unusable because of the construction a few feet away

For future guests, the neighboring private construction project was communicated in advance, and you were offered the option to cancel for a full refund prior to arrival. During your stay, our team checked in and you indicated on multiple occasions the construction was not significantly impacting your visit, which is why we were surprised to read your concerns afterward. The construction is a neighboring private project outside our control, however we actively work to minimize any impact and keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. Although you mentioned you did not expect a discount, we offered one to be as accommodating as possible and let you know that if you preferred to relocate during your stay, we would refund any unused nights. Guests have access to multiple amenities, including a second large pool, a saltwater pool, and a beach area with lounge chairs, tables, and hammocks that are not affected by construction. Regarding the balcony and wildlife, our team responded promptly during your stay to clean and address the concern. While wildlife is a natural part of a tropical environment, we take all guest concerns seriously and act quickly to resolve them. We take pride in being a #1 rated property in San Pedro and work hard to maintain that standard for all our guests. Future guests considering this review are welcome to contact us directly for clarification or further discussion.

Great place and great location!

We loved staying at this property. It was centrally located to get to all of the places we want to go. The staff was amazing and helped us with so many things in advance of arrival and after (scheduling excursions, cabs, etc). They even picked up a cake from a local bakery so it was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Loved every minute of our stay at The Landings. Brittany was amazing and all staff were very attentive with water delivery, having our fridge stocked with beer and soda, booking excursions and providing tips to make our time most enjoyable. We will be coming back!

Hosts are exceptional. Villa is clean and well maintained. We were unable to shore snorkel due to sargassum, but that is mother nature. We had beautiful weather otherwise and the hosts managed to arrange wonderful excursions for snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Beautiful reef life and waters.

This space was perfect for our family of 6. We had enough beds and space for us to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was great. Everything was clean, there was well stocked kitchen supplies. We loved the location, it was quiet on the north side of town but also easy to get to all restaurants and to Secret beach.

Beautiful Friendly Belize!

We had an amazing vacation in Belize! The condo is beautiful and functional. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The pools and outdoor space are beautiful with fabulous views from the balconies. Peaceful quiet environment. The staff at The Landings was so helpful and responsive with booking excursions and arranging transfers. We enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, zip lining, Mayan ruins, family pictures on the beach, pool time, beach time. There are lots of great restaurants near the property. We highly recommend this property and hope to go back!

Amazing

If you are looking for the independence and space of a condo, with the services of a 5 start resort, then this is the place! The condo was roomy and spacious in a great location, with a view of the ocean and constant breezes. It was a short walk down the beach to a local restaurant/bar, next to a grocery store, and a great local breakfast place. It was also right over the bridge from town so you were close enough to walk or drive in quickly, but out of the hustle and bustle.The service was amazing from luggage assistance, pre-booking of everything for us from our golf cart to all of our excursions and mainland flights, and stocking the condo with beverages when needed. They made it so easy and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thanks for everything!

Fabulous accommodations with SUPERB hosts

Great location on the outskirts of San Pedro. Hosts, Kimberly and Chad, made our first trip to Belize completely stress-free from stocking the fridge with drinks, to golf cart rental, to arrival/departure arrangements. A++++++++.
