Un grand condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains complète récemment mis à jour concept ouvert au deuxième étage. Dort confortablement 6. Il a une grande terrasse avec une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, un coin salon et un barbecue. Parfait pour regarder le soleil se lever sur l'océan ou pour regarder les vagues se briser sur le récif de Hol Chan.

Le grand maître est meublé avec un lit king size, une télévision intelligente 54 pouces, un réveil avec ports USB, des rideaux occultants, la climatisation, un ventilateur de plafond, un dressing et une salle de bains privative avec pommeau de douche à effet pluie. Il dispose d'une chambre bonus dotée d'un lit gigogne double, idéal pour garder les enfants à proximité ou pour se détendre.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size confortable, 40 "smart tv, air conditionné, ventilateur de plafond, réveil avec ports USB, rideaux occultants et une armoire pour stocker vos biens.

De l'autre côté de la deuxième chambre se trouve une salle de bain complète avec pommeau de douche effet pluie.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles et des poêles, un ensemble complet de couteaux Henkel, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Un grille-pain, une cafetière, une bouilloire et un mixeur sont parfaits pour les boissons mélangées. Il existe également un ensemble complet de plats et de verres à boire, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La cuisine a une grande table pouvant accueillir confortablement 6.

La salle familiale dispose d’un téléviseur intelligent Samsung de 60 pouces, d’un haut-parleur Bluetooth Bose et de sièges confortables pour 6 personnes. Il offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis son canapé. Hors de la salle familiale est le bureau. Il dispose d'un grand bureau avec lampe, d'une station de charge, d'une causeuse et de grandes portes en acajou pouvant être fermées pour plus d'intimité. Un endroit parfait pour travailler, jouer à un jeu ou lire un livre.

We loveed this location as it was just far enough out of town to be calm and quiet, yet close enough to everything we needed. Eating at Aji Tapa Bar was a 2 minute walk for either bre or dinner and the Truck Stop and rum dog were just a few minutes away in our rented gold cart.The condo was perfectly clean and up to date

Everything was perfect for our stay in San Pedro.Costa Norte met us at the Ferry Terminal upon arrival with our golf cart and assisted us with the luggage and the navigation to our condo.The condo was clean, well equipped, quiet and beautifully decorated with an excellent location. Great view from the balcony of the pool, ocean and morning sunrise. Lots of restaurants close by and a handful within walking distance. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach often stopping for coffee or breakfast along the way.The condo was well located between San Pedro and Secret Beach with several grocery stores in close proximity.Again, Jim, Lori, Maria and Sammy with Costa Norte Mgmt. were friendly, helpful and always available.An excellent vacation with many wonderful memories.

This place was great! Nice cold A/C, TV in both bedrooms and the living room, black out curtains (which we LOVE) to blunt light, heat, and sound for late sleepers. Fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and pool deck area. The owners of this unit have thought of, and stocked, virtually everything that you could need, besides food! We are already booked for next year.

We loved our stay at this property! It was exactly is it was represented online. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were what we wanted. The hosts were very communicative and helped us navigate so many situations that it made us feel like we had a concierge! This was our second time in San Pedro and we enjoyed the location because we didn’t want to be in town and last time we stayed at the opposite end of Ambergis Caye. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. (I didn’t take any photos inside- like I said, it looks exactly like the listing).

Amazing place to stay with family!

It was the perfect spot for our first time on Ambergis Caye. Lori, Seleni, & Jim were extremely helpful leading up to our stay, booking our golf cart, arranging tours, and were waiting for us at the San Pedro Airport to show us to the condo. Condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach/cooler bags. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone thinking of coming to San Pedro!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Location, property manager, amenities, cleanliness...everything was great! Very Enjoyable!

From the moment we booked, to the trip back to the airport, our hosts were there for us! We absolutely loved the location and the accommodations. The condo was immaculate with every attention to detail for a comfortable stay. The ocean view, the dock, the pool, the security and even the crocodile were all perfect. We highly suggest you take the of the recommendations for dining and tours and enjoy your stay!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. The accommodations are incredible. The host outstanding and the little things they’ve added to the condo show great attention to detail. Lori, the property manager was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. If you are considering this location for your next stay in Belize, you should book it today. You won’t be disappointed. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. The location is excellent and not to from the main town by golf cart. I truly believe anyone would love this place.

Gorgeous well appointed Condo

The property is soooo beautiful, great location (close to secret beach and town). We had everything we needed for our stay- they literally thought of everything!) Ambergris Caye - North End (the place to be)

amazing, large, clean, well stocked and appointed condo. great view of sea. wonderful team to help us plan even before arrival, excursions, flights in and out, taxis etc. traveled the world and have never had this much hand holding. appreciated as this was first trip to Belize. north end is a short 15 minute golf cart ride to the craziness of town but condo was a tranquil place to end night. if you didnt want to go to town, several good dining options nearby. would stay here again if visiting ambergris caye.

A great week at Oceanaire

We spent a great week at Oceanaire! This condo was perfect for 2 couples. It has everything we needed for cooking a few meals, a great deck area for morning coffee and a lovely pool area. Fabulous Property

The Oceanaire property is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. It had all of the amenities of home and a beautiful view too! The property is just steps from the beach with a dock which provides each access for water taxis and boat excursions. Lori and Jim were a huge help reserving golf carts and excursions for us. They answered all of our questions and provided recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!
