Le Waikiki Grand Hotel est situé juste en face de la petite jetée, de l'océan et du zoo. Cette fin de Waikiki a la plus grande et la meilleure plage de la bande.

Kapiolani Park et Waikiki Aquarium sont à quelques minutes à pied, 5 minutes ou moins.
Se déplacer:
• Informations de stationnement. Il n'y a pas de parking inclus avec cet appartement. Le parking de l'immeuble coûte 17 $ par jour - appelez le Waikiki Grand Hotel.

• Vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement autour du parc Kapiolani, à environ 5 minutes à pied. Le parking se trouve du côté "Paki Street" du parc et le long de la rue Monsarrat. Le parc Kapiolani propose un parking payant gratuit de 18h00 à 10h00 tous les jours et toute la journée le dimanche..

• De l'autre côté de la rue, vous pouvez vous garer au zoo pour seulement 1 $. 5 une heure. Cela peut être l'option la moins chère puisque vous ne payez que pour ce dont vous avez besoin.

• Si vous choisissez de ne pas louer de voiture, plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent à quelques pas. Uber ou Lyft également disponible. Je recommande de louer une voiture uniquement les jours où vous prévoyez d’aller sur la Rive-Nord. . The one star rating is due to the “rules” posted by a property management group which included excessive fines for chipped or broken dish/ glassware, any make up left on a towel would result in a large fee! Due to those threats of use on items at best were thrift store purchases we did not use any of their things! There was one bed and no additional bedding to use for sleeping on the sofa. the key pad to enter had no illuminating light so impossible to see the numbers until the first number was selected which often was the wrong guess, the restrictions using the AC unit which did not turn on once in 6 days, t property management has requirements to send a photo ID to complete reservation which I refused. Even after speaking to them they sent me the demand 4 more times which caused me high stress thinking I may not be given the key code along arrival.

Standing water which caused the need to pull back a filthy tub mat which was covering the drain to find paper pieces in the screen. We did not use this except the one time upon arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I’m hesitant to share a review because I want to be able to rent this unit in the future and I’m afraid it will be all booked up! This is an excellent budget friendly accommodation. The hotel is lovely and the proximity to the beach is second to none. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfortable. The best part of our stay was the responsiveness of the owners. There was something missing from the kitchen that we needed and we told the owners about it and it was delivered that same evening. We have stayed in many VRBO units over the years and we have never had this kind of prompt response. We will definitely be back!

Sand…it was everywhere. Bathroom…address the handle in the shower as it’s loose. To adjust from cold to hot was a hassle. If a child was using the shower they could scald themselves. I’d recommend changing the slip resistant in shower bathe mat, it smells like mold. A note about the possible flipping of a breaker with more than one appliance on at a time and if it happens just go to front desk for help. Aside from those recommendations, it served it purpose. Thank you

We had an issue with our room on day one, but the Marbella team quickly resolved our issue by upgrading to a different hotel with a panaramlc view of the ocean and lowering our costs.

Conference in Waikiki

I felt safe being by myself in the area, even after dark. Parking in the zoo parking lot, right across the road, was only 1.50 per hour, which is the cheapest you’ll find. You are notified via text message about 15 minutes before the time expires and then you can add up to an additional 960 minutes.The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. The only issue I had was that there were cockroaches. I understand that in many warm environments this is an issue. The owner quickly responded to my concerns.I kept everything I brought and bought in the refrigerator.

Great little vacation spot

Unit and pool are a little more dated than shown in picture, but was still an awesome place to stay. Parking is 1.50 an hour right across the street at the Honolulu Zoo, but is hard to find parking spots from 10-3.Easy walk to shopping and being in the mix of Waikīkī.

Old Waikiki

The location is great for exploring Waikiki and spending time on the beach. The 10th floor sun deck is a nice surprise. The unit is located in a 1960's hotel that has been converted into a condo. There is a mix of locals living full time, retirees staying long term and typical weekly tourist staying in this building. This unit is not managed by the Waikiki Grand hotel management so the lobby staff have no control with any issues with the unit. The lobby staff are friendly and helpful on many areas that they control. Marabella Lane property management company rents this unit on VBRO and are based on the US mainland. We had issues checking in. We spent two hours in the lobby after listed check in time waiting for them to verify that we were the right customers. Customer service was terrible with Marabella Lane. We have never had an issue with any property manager checking into a unit anywhere in VRBO except for them.

Fantastic Location

This was a perfect location. You can walk to the beach, local restaurants, and Waikiki shopping. The room was a nice size, comfortable bed and furniture. It was exactly what we were looking for. We paid for hotel parking and it was worth the expense to have a designated spot.

It’s a perfectly located unit by the beach that offers convenience and great views of the beach. Great stay other than a couple of minor details. It looks like there are ongoing issues with roaches. We found a couple during the week. Bathroom light and sink could have been cleaned more thoroughly for our stay.

Perfect place

Perfect place, close to the beach, transit and shopping/restaurants. Every thing you need is in the apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen is a plus. Pool on site is nice. Building is clean, safe and quiet. The bed is huge and comfortable. The two sleeper couches were nice to have for Grandkids naps.

Everything GREAT except for cleanliness.

Location, great! Communication with Host, great! Ease of Check-in and Check-out, great! The major concern I had about my stay was the cleanliness of the place. My partner and I had to purchase cleaning supplies. We cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. Some maintenance and upkeep on the property are needed and would make the property look less "rundown." There was one small pot and pan, both not in good condition. Better quality pans and pots would have made cooking more convenient. After all, one of the reasons why we chose this location was for the kitchenette.

I wish the property description would have said they had cockroaches in the room we stayed in. The light fixture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and had dead bugs in it. It felt disgusting sleeping in there have cockroaches in the room and all they property owner did was spray a product like raid and give us more cockroach traps- which both didn’t help. Parking was a squeeze and tight spot for $30 a night if you choose to park in their parking on site. The only good thing I would say it’s walking distance from zoo, beach, and shops. We did not have a relaxing time staying knowing there were cockroaches that were in the kitchen and didn’t feel comfortable cooking or eating inside the room. Would not recommend at all. Would have paid a little more for a room without cockroaches especially since I have children. Would have liked to be warned about the facilities problems before renting so we could have made a better decision for us to stay.

Staff is very helpful and try their best to make us feel comfortable at the place. I just wish they add in the description of the place that the “studio” is a hotel room ( we just don’t like hotels and if is an option we prefer not to stay at it). The area where is located is great if you like shopping and dining, the beach is just basically 5 minutes walking from your room. Another info that should be updated in the description is that there is no oven in the unit, the pool is not heated and if you book this place be ready to pay extra $ for parking spot otherwise you will have to deal with street parking. This is very limited due to the popularity of the area

Nice retreat!

Overall great place to stay. For this trip specifically, I had made the booking with the understanding that there was an oven in the unit. Unfortunately there is not an oven, there is a toaster oven. The place was clean, and had everything else needed for a very relaxing trip. The beachfront is not far, and there is plenty to do within walking distance.

Sad to leave!

We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Tour buses and the bus system made it possible to explore the island without having to rent a car. The tenth floor deck was also our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wind down. Thanks for hosting us!
