Une maison historique de Truro avec des tonnes d'espace pour profiter du temps en famille, entre amis et amis à fourrure aussi! L'immense maison a quatre chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Il y a une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils neufs. Toute la maison a été rénovée tout en gardant le charme de cette maison historique. Les planchers en bois, les magnifiques cheminées et les grandes pièces en font l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances. Marchez jusqu'au vignoble ou montez dans le bus et dirigez-vous vers Ptown. La plage la plus proche est à moins d'un mile de distance. La grande cour et le patio privé sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée à la plage. Il y a aussi beaucoup de parking! Nous fournissons les draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit. Nous avons deux autres chalets disponibles pour accueillir des groupes plus importants!

Charming Truro house

We loved this house. It was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. Lots of room for 2 families to spread out. Kayla responded quickly to our inquiries. Location was good. A short drive to the ocean, Provincetown and Wellfleet.

Large, comfortable home located on Shore Road/Cardinal Way. Great for sharing multi-generational family vacation…lots of room for teens to have “their space” and in walking distance for adults to enjoy Truro Vineyards!

Siblings and spouses Cape Cod get-away

Kayla's house was perfect for our get-away. Easy access to Provincetown for whale-watching and restaurants. Lots of nearby beaches and trails. Close to Wellfleet (for bringing back steamed lobsters from Boathouse fish market). Comfortable for dinners at the house. I would love to return!!

Best visit to the Cape in over 15 years!!!

This house was just fabulous! Close to all that we wanted to be close to, yet far enough from crowded mid-cape so we could actually see shooting stars without light pollution! Property was spotless and perfect for our party of six! Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla and Phil’s home. The historic house was renovated beautifully and is in pristine condition and very comfortable. Kayla was easy to communicate with and helpful. We would recommend this house to anyone without reservation.

Perfect house for a family vacation at the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. We had 7 people including two teenagers and two older adults. The house was roomie and came with all of the amenities including beach chairs, games, a grill etc. We loved the outdoor shower to wash off the sand. The house is located very close to beautiful Corn Hill beach which we took full advantage of. It's also a quick drive to the ocean beach and to Provincetown. Our ages ranged from 12 to 80, and we even brought our dog. Everyone had a fantastic time! Kayla is a great host and was extremely responsive!

We loved the house it was a great set up with a small toddler being able to block the stair section of the house off. We were very surprised that there was an outdoor shower when we arrived too wasn’t in the listing! Texted the owner a question and she got back to us very quickly also.

Great Trip

We spent the week at this beautiful house to celebrate my husband's birthday & enjoyed every minute. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The outside shower was enjoyed by many of our guests. The house is close to the PTown shuttle stop and many beaches. The winery next door was great to pick up wine for dinner. There was only one thing we wanted to change, we couldn't keep the windows open due to lack of screens & bugs from the grounds. Over all it was a great trip and would defiantly stay again

Spacious Cape Home

We absolutely adored this home! They layout was perfect for our larger group of 4 couples with plenty of room to relax and hang out. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were perfect. We’ve stayed in many “Cape Cottage” style places and this was beyond better. We still felt like we were on charming Cape Cod but with an updated twist to relax in and feel like at home. The owners were quick responding and did a stellar job renovating this adorable old home. We couldn’t stop saying how much we wanted to live there/stay longer. Being walking distance to Truro Vineyards was our first appeal since we were there for our wedding at Truro V. (SO convenient) but driving into town is so close too. I’m already trying to plan out another trip to come down here again. From a local Cape Codder, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful, comfortable home for a large group!

We were very pleased with our stay at Kayla's property! The house was beautifully updated and perfectly comfortable for our larger group (2 families with small children). We loved the location, nearly next door to Truro vineyards and a short walk to restaurants and a market, as well as a short drive into PTown and to local beaches. Kayla was also so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible (including by ensuring air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, as an update to a prior review). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!!

Family of 6 Vacation

Love this charming house! It is nicely updated and clean but has retained its historic feel with a bit of awesome quirkiness. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice back patio with a table and chairs. Quiet property shared by a few other homes. The layout is a little odd in that the front downstairs bedroom has to either go upstairs or to the back of the house for bathroom access. Also the downstairs bedrooms don't have air conditioning which is probably not normally an issue but it happened to be a little warm while we were visiting. Love the location with easy access to Provincetown, beaches, Wellfleet, etc. Kayla is awesome - good communication, very pleasant. The kitchen is not super well stocked but we had what we needed. Really great value for a lovely house!!

Great Cape House

This is a great home in Truro. We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house is lovely and clean. It is a short walk from the Salty Market and the next to the vineyard. Easy access to everything in Truro. Kayla was incredibly responsive and helpful. There are two other houses on the same property, so it would be great for people traveling in larger groups.

Awesome location in Truro

This place was great for our big family! Right next to the Truro Vineyards and 12-minute drive to Ptown and Wellfleet. The house was able to accommodate everyone including our grandma. Definitely make sure to bring your own soap/shampoo and conditioner. There was some hotel like sample bottles you could use tho! Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend!

This property was lovely! However the pictures make it look like it has a huge back yard. It's big but not huge. The owner was quite accommodating and very easy to reach.

I am a real estate broker in Massachusetts and my husband is a contractor who renovates properties. When we are not working we enjoy spending time on the beach with our dogs, hiking, and traveling.
