Ce condo de Sherwin Villas dispose d��un salon confortable qui aidera tout le monde à se détendre après une longue journée passée à explorer le complexe ou les zones environnantes. Le Sherwin Villas dispose de deux jacuzzis extérieurs, d'un sauna sec et d'une blanchisserie. En été, profitez du court de tennis, du barbecue en plein air et de la piscine à votre disposition. Pas de bus autorisés à ce complexe. Les clients du Sherwin Villas ont également accès à Internet haut débit sans fil gratuit pendant leur séjour au complexe.

Ce qui est à proximité:
Sherwin Villas est situé dans le centre-ville, au coin de Meridian Blvd. et Old Mammoth Rd. Vons, Starbucks et de nombreux autres magasins et restaurants se trouvent juste en face du complexe, ainsi que du cinéma Mammoth Lakes! Le service de navette gratuit en hiver pour la montagne est situé juste en face du complexe. Our family enjoyed staying here. A no frills place but suites our needs to enjoy family time in Mammoth. The condo is in a great location near shopping. Overall a great trip!

On site staff friendly and working hard to keep walkways and parking spaces open in heavy snow. Condo was okay. Downstairs bedroom has sagging mattress, really loud wall heater and damaged mini blinds. Bathroom toilet not flushing properly, only flushed every other time, and tub has lots of moldy grout. Stairs are steep and to me seem unsafe. We only used the downstairs, but I noticed the upstairs bathroom also has mold. Ceiling fan blades are very dirty and walls have smoky cobwebs. Carpets were vacuumed and linens were clean. Kitchen had almost everything needed except oven cookware. Location of condo is great, it just needs a maintenance and cosmetic tuneup.

Other reviews called this place a no frills condo in a good location. While that is accurate, I’d add that this place has some deficiencies. First, the key to the place is in a lock box on the front door. It’s dark and tough to see small numbers on it. Also, there was no dish soap or sponge or anything to wash the dishes with. We bought some and left em there so hopefully the next occupants don’t run into the same situation. But my main gripe is the condition of the beds. The bed in the downstairs room was the worst, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The boxspring and frame were both broken and the bed sagged like there was sink hole in it. Management/owners should be ashamed of allowing people to sleep in a bed in that poor of condition. When I texted management about this, I got a generic “sorry for your inconvenience” reply. With all that said, the place was clean and in a good location. Both showers had good water pressure and the community jacuzzi was nice after a day on the mountain.

Well, it was a little dated but had the basics. Good for the price. Booked it because it had 2 bathrooms with showers. Downstairs bathroom did not flush all the time. Overhead fan wiring a little sketchy.

Very quiet and convenient location

It's a very clean, quiet condo. The location is very convenient. The supermarket and restaurants are right across the street. And we love the Jacuzzi too. It's very soothing after a long day out hiking.

Summer Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Villas. We loved the location and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. The complex had a pool and two hot tubs which we used daily as well as laundry facilities. I have seen people complain about the carpet but it seems like the carpet has since been replaced because it was clean and looked new. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and comfortably slept the 6 of us.

Really convenient location to most everything, so no need to drive once you're there (a huge plus when the roads are nasty). A few minor issues that I shared with the property manager that I'm sure will be addressed in short order. Our group would stay here again without question.

Mammoth is Nice

This Condo is in a decent location with good amenities. The problem is the carpet and flooring are destroyed and dirty. I had to wear shoes when I walked around the condo. The subfloor had holes in it covered by the carpet that I would step and twist my ancle. Someone is going to get hurt if this is not fixed. The passageway from the carpet to the linoleum in the kitchen is damaged and there is a three-foot-long piece of duct tape holding the two together on one side of the 8-foot entry to the kitchen. I will NOT stay here again unless they do some major upgrades. I was also disappointed in the bed. Both beds sunk in the middle. It would be fine for one person but if you share the bed with a significant other you either have to sleep on each other or with half your body hanging off the bed, so you do not roll onto each other. I also was disappointed in the lighting in the bedrooms. My last critique although small was still frustrating. I believe I read there was a TV in the bedroom but there was not one in there.

Disappointed but glad property manager was responsive

First time that the photos and description did not really convey the accuracy of a place we have rented through VRBO. As soon as we opened the front door, we were hit with a very musty odor- it remained through much of our stay even with us opening the slider, front door and the three windows the unit has and keeping the one ceiling fan on full blast. Looked down at the flooring and saw that the carpets were torn and stained in many areas throughout. Had to rewash the utensils(which there are very few normal sized forks and spoons) , pots, pans, glasses etc before use. The main floor bathroom mat was dirty , obviously had not been washed , or replaced between occupancy , the tub was stained and dirty,. The upstairs shower was stained and dirty. Did not feel comfortable to sit on the sofa- it was dirty. The main floor bed sinks in the middle . We brought Lysol wipes and wiped down the table, chairs, counters, faucet handles etc. Taking an inventory of what the unit has or needs would be very helpful so the next occupants have a more comfortable stay. The location is fantastic. Had it not been for the fact we needed to be in that location to assist with a running club team's training camp, and the fact that there was no availability in the complex etc., we would have chosen to go somewhere else. I think it needs TLC , updates and a thorough cleaning. The property managers were responsive and issued us a refund for the cleaning fee.

This was a nice place to stay with a good amount of space. The place is a little old inside with a few things that are falling apart. It seemed well cleaned. The master bed was pretty bad and needs to be replaced immediately. The pillow top mattress was flipped upside down and a memory foam top was used on the under side of the mattress. The bed sagged in the middle like a hammock. We were also disappointed that the pool and hot tub shown in a the pictures are not operational and getting rebuilt. It would have been nice that the description said this since the pictures showed it.

Great stay in Mammoth!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sherwin Villas and what a great unit. Close to places to each and a local brewery, all of which can be walked to from the condo! Will stay here again in the future for sure.

Great Stay

Other than lack of televisions in the bedrooms, this unit was well stocked with kitchen appliances and other amenities. I would recommend this property to others. Having stayed at these condos for over 20 years, this one is one of the nicer ones.
