Ideally located close to the conveniences of town and the base of Mammoth Mountain, this forested property will welcome you home from your daily adventures with an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a game room with billiards and Ping-Pong.

Kick off your boots and hang up your coats in the entryway, and step inside to make yourself at home by the wood-burning fireplace. There's a soft sectional sofa to host you as you watch TV, sliding glass doors that lead outside to a balcony, and a dining room table where you can set out après-ski snacks. The kitchen is open to the living room as well, offering every essential appliance (including a dishwasher) and a breakfast bar for three. A shared gas grill and community laundry facilities can be found on the grounds as well. At night, you'll find that each of the two bedrooms - including a primary suite - has its own flatscreen TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
